Zora nodded. "I was planning to watch as well."
Baldwin's smile brightened even further.
Zora smiled faintly. Reesa and Nigel were both participating in the admissions assessment, so going to watch would be a good way to cheer them on.
Seeing that both Zora and Baldwin intended to head over, Raphael said with a grin, "In that case, let's go together."
Zora had already settled her lodging and needed no further preparations, so the three of them set off immediately.
They walked toward the academy's assessment grounds, sunlight spilling over them like liquid gold, warm and dazzling.
"Zora," Baldwin asked with a bright smile, "since we're classmates now, can I just call you by your name?"
"Of course," Zora replied.
Within the academy, everyone was simply a student. Past identities no longer mattered, and addressing each other by name was the norm.
"Where are you from?" Baldwin asked curiously. "I'm from West Ocean CIty."
"I'm from the Imperial City of Elysia," Zora answered.
