Chapter 4 - Chapter - 4 Two Different Paths

"And there is one more thing I want

tell you Beneath the ground floor, far below the rooms where ordinary footsteps echoed, lay a hidden chamber known only to a few. You already know of its existence, but knowing is not the same as

understanding. If you dare to go deeper—past the cold stone walls and the silence that presses against your

ears—you will find a concealed box waiting in the darkness Inside that box rests a sword. In truth, it is not a single blade, but one half of a pair. Its twin is not hidden away

in stone or shadow; it remains with its keeper, bound to them by fate itself. These swords are not ordinary

weapons forged merely from steel. They hold something far greater within them—an immense power, sealed

and dormant, waiting for the moment it must awaken.

I do not know whether someone else stands behind their creation, guiding events from the shadows, or

whether destiny alone shaped their path. What I do know is this: you must find both swords. Only together can they reveal their true purpose, and only then will you be able to face what lies ahead.

By the time you read this, I may no longer be alive. Yet my faith rests with you, my son. I am counting on you

to carry this burden—and to handle what is to come". The letter ended with the peaceful desires of chaion. The eyes of nan filled with tears, he comitted " it's the time for us to rush out of the shadows and take revenge of what we had lost"

( In Shinshia town )

The town revealed itself differently when watched instead of crossed. From this side of the street, she noticed patterns others ignored — how voices dropped near the grain stalls, how children lingered where the smell of food stayed longest, how shopkeepers counted losses before profits. She walked slowly, not lost, not searching, just attentive. That was when a boy brushed past her and slipped away, light as a thought already discarded. Didn't check who he had collided with. He ran with the precision of someone who had done this before and couldn't afford mistakes. The accusation came seconds later, loud and messy, drawing a small crowd that enjoyed anger more than justice.

That shout came after the boy had already disappeared.

"Thief!" the shopkeeper barked, palms slamming against the counter. "Every day it's the same. I turn my back once and something's gone."She waited. Let him talk. People revealed more when they "It was bread," she said at last, lightly. "Not jewelry."

"And that excuses it?" he shot back.

"No," she replied. "It explains it."

He frowned. "You think hunger pays my bills?"

She placed the coins on the counter, not counting them. "Anger won't either." thought they were justifying themselves. Without another word, she turned and headed down the street, her gaze fixed on the path the boy had taken.

As she rounded the corner, she found him in a narrow alley, crouched and dividing the bread among smaller hands. She watched him for a moment before approaching, and when he looked up, his eyes were wary. The boy was where the road narrowed and sound softened. He had broken the bread apart before she reached him. One piece slipped from his fingers. A smaller hand picked it up. When he noticed her, his body tensed — not to run, but to shield. "Plzz, don't beat us. I only stole the bread because my sister was hungry". He said covering his sister by standing in front of her.

She didn't flinch. "I'm not here to hit you. If I wanted that, you'd already know."His eyes darted to the doorway, then down at his hands, twisting the bread between his fingers. Then why are you here? I didn't steal anything else."I saw what you took. That's all. If you wanted more, you'd have tried. I'm not here to take it back. I just wanted to know why you ran like that." He swallowed, jaw tightening. "I was just trying to feed my sister. I didn't have any money, so I stole it."

She looked at him steadily, her gaze unblinking. "You chose bread. Not sweets, not coins. That tells me enough. I've already paid for it, so stop shaking — no one is coming after you." He replied " i doesn't do it for a purpose , my condition has led me to do so , moreover I don't have any job ". She smiled walking near to him " no need to worry I have a job for you " he exclaimed " what!! "

She replied softly " no stealing anymore , just focus on your work" she turned around " follow me "
