Chapter 9 - Another World!

"Wake up and find the true demon queen"

_______

Kuro eyes shot wide open and he looked around in dazed confusion, his vision clearing to see that he was in a vast open field different from the academy.

"Sensei, who is that?"

A female student asked in confusion, readying herself against the stranger that randomly appeared in the middle of their training session. On the other hand, the sensei eyes narrowed in on Kuro with wary.

"I don't know. Who are you?"

The woman known as sensei exclaimed with caution, stepping in front of her students to protect them just in case.

"Kuro Nasaki. I was fighting a giant S-rank boss and tore a hole between dimensions I guess."

Kuro exclaimed with a calm tone despite the bizarre scenario, though he knew that this wouldn't be believe given the skeptical expressions on their faces.

"So, your strong enough to tear a hole between dimensions?"

The sensei asked in a skeptical tone, a raised eyebrow gracing her features while still staring warily at Kuro.

"Yes. But I over did it and now I have to regather my strength. From what I can tell, pieces of my power are scattered across dimensions. It's five in here that will allow me to travel between dimensions."

Kuro explained with an exhausted sigh, his body registering the overuse of soul energy. A groan of pain escaped his lips which compelled the sensei to rush forward and kneel next to him, hovering her palms over Kuro body and with a steady breath a glowing light of green energy seeped into Kuro body.

The students watched in anticipation, observing their sensei heal the stranger despite the various signs of danger.

Eventually, Kuro stood up with restored health and a wide grin.

"Thank you so much. Let me reintroduce myself. I'm Kuro Nasaki, the first and only born child of the Nasaki family known for our magic control and weapon arts. As of now, I have become the strongest."

Kuro exclaimed with a slight bow, a grin on his face which displayed subtle arrogancy. The group of women adventurers stared blankly, a comedic sweat drop on their faces at the new introduction.

"Anyways girls, let's get a move on"

The sensei proclaimed to which the girls agreed and they began walking away, ignoring Kuro since his business had nothing to do with them. At least that's what they thought.

"And as I've previously stated, five pages from a powerful book had reached here. One of them has merged with that girl. All I need is to separate that power. Don't worry It'll only hurt a little"

"Chaos Magic: Art ofDestruction"

Before the squad of girls could retort or continue walking, two narrow beams of crimson energy shot passed two teen girls' head. This forced the whole squad to stop at the attack that narrowly missed two students, earning a disapproval scowl from the sensei.

"Radiation Magic: Gamma Ray Burst"

multitudes of multicolored starlike light shimmered against the sunlight in a scattered pattern. Then a massive multicolored beam ripped through the field, rushing forward and disintegrating everything within its path.

The squad took this moment to run away, leaving behind a crater so wide that two entire cities could fit inside.

"Hm. Radiation Magic huh?. Isn't that…"

Kuro proclaimed in a pondering thought trailing off as he observed the squad of girls leave, uncaring if Kuro survived or not which they thought was unlikely.

"Flaming Sword Art #8: Solar Ray"

Kuro uttered in a hushed whisper, his right hand clenched into a fist as if he was grabbing something. Flames burst forth from his clenched hand, swirling and flickering in & out of existence with unimaginable power.

Then he threw the sword diagonally into the sky, right above the squad of girls. The air hummed with a static buzz; the squad of girls felt the environmental temperature rise; a worried expression crossed the sensei face as the skies split open like gates.

And like judgement from the heavens, a pillar of flame fell down like lightning. The sheer power behind the pillar of flames exuded a pressure beyond what was normally possible.

In an instant the entire area that the squad of girls stood in had been vaporized, leaving behind a gigantic crater that could fit two cities.

"Hm. I guess I was wrong-"

Kuro began but was cut off when he noticed a faint emerald colored hue within the smoke and debris.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?!"

The squad sensei exclaimed with a tone of embezzlement; her eyebrows furrowed in anger and mostly confusion. Her left hand extended out upward in a protective manner from the literal beam of fire that rain downed on them.

What surrounded the squad of girls was a protective radioactive dome meant as a barrier. The students watched in wide-eyed surprise, realizing their sensei power was far beyond what they originally imagined.

"What is this power sensei?"

One of her students asked in curiosity, immensely impressed by the display of powerful magic.

"It's called radiation magic. I can control the decay of atomic particles. I'm the fission to Komi's fusion. now watch this"

The sensei explained with a subtle strained smile, glancing back at her students with a wink. The moment that the thick ash cleared, the sensei released the barrier and was met with a lethal kick to the chin that stunned her, forcing her to stumble sideways.

"Stop! why are you attacking us?!"

Another member exclaimed in a fearful tone of confusion. The sheer speed of the man that they thought was dead had been clocked at unfathomable.

"Because I asked for my power back nicely. Now I'm taking it by force"

Kuro exclaimed in a resolute tone, unwavering in his goal to dedicate his time in restoring portions of his lost power. The squad of girls looked confused but had no time to ponder any further, pulling their hands together and extending them out to cast a defensive barrier.

In the next few moments, Kuro ran forward at breakneck speed before blurring from physical existence. Not even the dust from beneath his feet dared to lift from his high-speed movement.

The squad of girls found their defensive magic rendered obsolete when faced with their overwhelming opponent. It was as if the very structure of their magic descended into a chaotic state, unstable and uncontrollable in nature.
