The kiss was electric.
Rina's lips were soft and warm against his, tasting faintly of chlorine from the hot tub. Her hands moved from his shoulders to his chest, fingers splaying against his muscles as she pressed closer.
Akira felt the heat building between them, his hand tightening in her wet hair, pulling her deeper into the kiss. Her body moulded against his in the water, and he could feel every curve, every breath she took.
She made a small sound in the back of her throat… need, desire, surrender, and it sent signals firing through his entire nervous system.
But then reality crashed back in… Mia.
He wasn't worried about the drug test, not anymore. But Mia? She could be anywhere. He hasn't seen her since he got back from school and that in itself wasn't a good sign.
"No," he murmured against her lips, pulling away even as everything in him screamed to continue. "We have to stop."
