The core idea of this story is to explore what happens when you drop an efficient, slightly corrupt, but scientifically-hungry authoritarian regime into the Warhammer 40,000 universe.
The MC arrives in the setting with only a handful of survivors from the shattered Terran Dominion. His only objective is the survival of his species — survival down to the last drop of Terran blood. Surrounded by Orks, Necrons, Aeldari, Drukhari, the T'au, and even the Imperium of Man, he begins rebuilding Terran society from nothing, piece by piece, while preparing for inevitable clashes with every major power in the galaxy.
The regime he rebuilds is disciplined, ruthless, and functional, but not spotless. There are the usual shadows behind the efficiency: quiet corruption, opportunistic officers, personal ambitions that bleed through even the tightest chains of command. What truly defines this new Dominion, though, is its obsessive craving for knowledge. They dissect every scrap of alien technology, study every xeno culture they encounter, and push psionic science far beyond its previous limits
Most of the story will not be told from the MC's point of view. Instead, it follows the perspectives of his subordinates — soldiers, pilots, engineers, administrators, and civilians who witness firsthand how the Dominion evolves, fractures, and fortifies itself in the brutal reality of the 38-41st millennium. Through their eyes, you see the internal struggles, ideological tension, loyalty tests, and scientific breakthroughs that decide whether the Terrans rise again… or vanish forever.
