Chapter 15 - 15

Across the ocean.

A dark figure was lurking at high speed on the surface of the sea in an incredible posture.

The surrounding fish scattered in panic as if they had encountered something terrifying.

The great white shark, once known as the killer predator.

The only difference between it and these small fish was that its escape speed was a bit faster.

And if someone could look down carefully, they would surely find that this dark figure was actually a human form.

"Puff!"

Luo Mang emerged from the sea and spat out a mouthful of salty seawater.

Unexpectedly, Luo Mang, who could only board The Raft by boat back then, could now swim back without stopping.

The scales on his body rubbed off.

Just as Luo Mang climbed ashore, noisy screams reached his ears.

Luo Mang initially thought it was another robbery case, as it was quite common here.

But the next second.

Luo Mang's heart felt as if it had fallen into a bottomless abyss, and the astonishment of that instant made Luo Mang instinctively turn his body to the side.

Immediately, a car drove directly past Luo Mang's side.

And plunged into the sea where Luo Mang had just been.

Superhero! Or villain?

Although he was almost hit, Luo Mang's expression remained calm.

The veins on his legs bulged instantly, and the concrete ground beneath his feet cracked into a spiderweb.

The next moment, Luo Mang disappeared from where he stood, heading in the direction the crowd was surging.

Crossing several blocks.

Looking at the severely damaged street facilities, a guess couldn't help but arise in Luo Mang's mind.

It wasn't until he crossed another block and saw the two green masses rolling into one that his guess was completely confirmed.

Before Luo Mang, the green fatty wearing super elastic pants and with messy hair was none other than the Hulk—Robert Bruce Banner.

And the one passionately 'embracing' Banner.

The one with bone spurs all over his body, not wearing pants on his lower half, and looking more like he was wearing a layer of green skin, was the Abomination—Emil Blonsky.

He was formerly a special forces member, and due to Emil's own pursuit of power, he later underwent gamma radiation exposure and the injection of the super soldier serum, eventually transforming into the Abomination.

In terms of the source of their power, both the Abomination and the Hulk originate from emotions.

One is boundless Abomination, the other is sky-rending rage!

The only difference is that the Abomination underwent two experimental injections, one into the deep muscle and one into the bone marrow center.

Therefore, the Abomination's body gained an extra 800 pounds of bone and tissue, as evidenced by the bone spurs emerging from his spine and other parts of his body.

Although the Abomination is a villain, relatively speaking, the Hulk isn't much better.

The number of people the Hulk killed when he was out of control was no less than the Abomination.

Besides, how could the Pianist on the Sea be a bad person?

Looking at these two green fat guys fighting back and forth.

Cars in their hands were like plastic toys, being swung and torn apart at will.

Luo Mang couldn't help but click his tongue, watching for a long time.

"No wonder there was no movement from The Raft, it turns out things are already hectic here."

"But looking at this situation, Tony should have also dealt with the Iron Monger."

Looking at these two 'strongmen' who relied entirely on brute force and had no skill.

Luo Mang subconsciously put himself in their shoes, comparing himself to these two.

But immediately, Luo Mang shook his head.

His abilities are good, but trying to confront them head-on? Just wash up and go to bed.

At this moment, the Hulk's wildness was at its peak, and the Abomination's heart was also full of malice.

"The Hulk and the Abomination..."

Luo Mang's heart stirred as he looked at the two of them.

If he wanted to survive the future great war relying on his physical body, this power was absolutely indispensable!

"Hey, Luo, you're back!"

Just as Luo Mang was lost in thought watching the Hulk and the Abomination, a light, playful voice filled with surprise suddenly rang out.

Luo Mang turned his head, only to meet Peter, who was crawling down from the wall of a nearby building.

Having not seen him for half a month, Peter's aura of blood was even stronger.

A faint smell of blood emanated from his black coat.

Beneath the mask, his face and features were unclear, and combined with Peter's current demeanor and posture, he appeared even more strange and absurd.

But Luo Mang felt a sense of familiarity when he saw Peter.

"I'm back. How is Aunt May doing?"

Luo Mang softly responded, but his next sentence touched Peter.

Luo Mang's clothes were already torn from rushing all the way back to New York City from The Raft.

If it weren't for the intense fight between the Hulk and the Abomination, and only Luo Mang was watching the show so close, Peter probably wouldn't have recognized Luo Mang right away.

Even so, the first thing Luo Mang did when he saw him was to ask about Aunt May.

Looking at this one of the only two people who genuinely cared for him, Peter's eyes immediately softened.

If someone outside saw this expression, their jaw would surely drop.

When did this murderous spider demon become so approachable?

"Dr. Connors successfully improved the serum, and Aunt May's fingers have grown back."

After answering in a gentle tone, Peter lightly leaped and landed on his tiptoes beside Luo Mang, making no sound throughout the process.

"That's good. I was always very worried about Aunt May when I wasn't around."

Luo Mang's expression remained unchanged, and he nodded slightly.

Tricking a 'young and ignorant' new hero was as easy for Luo Mang as lifting a small car.

Turning his head, he found Peter was looking at the battlefield; the two green fat guys hadn't determined a winner yet.

"In your opinion, how are they?"

Luo Mang asked nonchalantly, a smile on his face.

If it were the former Peter Parker, he would probably have already rushed up to mediate with a mouth full of trash talk.

"Very strong. I haven't fought them specifically; you only know after fighting them."

Peter's eyes didn't move away from the two massive figures; he replied after steady contemplation.

But Luo Mang knew.

According to the settings, Peter's stats were only slightly lower than the Hulk's.

If Peter, who could break his no-kill rule and use any means necessary to achieve his goal at this moment, might actually have a chance of taking down one of them!

"You..."

Luo Mang was just about to say something, but suddenly frowned.

But the next second.

Luo Mang and Peter both suddenly turned their heads sharply as if they had sensed something.

Da da da--

Accompanied by a rapid roar!

An armed helicopter appeared before them.

The armed helicopter was flying very high, apparently afraid of being affected by the two 'Beasts' fighting below.

From the armed helicopter, a suddenly bright spotlight shone down.

In an instant, it illuminated Luo Mang and Peter.

Peter instinctively leaped from his spot, attaching himself to the wall with a bounce.

The next moment, when the spotlight moved, Peter's figure was already gone.

"General! Other targets found on the battlefield!"

On the armed helicopter, a United States soldier roared, trying to cover the noise generated by the rotor blades.

"Ignore ordinary people, focus all efforts on capturing the Hulk and Emil!"

"But..."

The soldier hesitated for a moment.

"Just now I saw a freak in a black and red tight suit next to him, and he disappeared in the blink of an eye!

He's likely a mutant like the Hulk, should we pursue him too?!"

"Freak?

Are you talking about me?"

Before Ross could reply, a playful voice tinged with blood came from the soldier's ear.

So close, it wasn't even affected by the rotor noise.

Like... like it was spoken right next to his ear!

The soldier's eyes widened abruptly, and a chill shot up his spine to the top of his head.

He spun his head around abruptly, only to meet a pair of mask eyes stretched to distortion.

At this moment, Peter was clinging to the side of the armed helicopter with his limbs.

Smiling at him.
