Chapter 1 - My family

Hania: I woke up at sunrise; it was 5:30. I love watching the sunrise and sunset, and I like to be active—not like my friend Jack, who is really lazy and loves to sleep.

I opened my wardrobe—it's really big because of all my clothes. Since I'm a fashion lover, I picked a pink T-shirt and white pants.

I went to the bathroom, took a shower, and dried my hair; it was 7 o'clock. Then I went to my sister's room and found her asleep. I tiptoed inside and called her, but she didn't respond. I looked around and found a glass of water, so I poured it on her—and she screamed, "Mooom!" I ran out of the room quickly.

Mary: Oh my God, why do I have a mentally unstable sister? I'll get you, Hania—but where did she disappear? Wasn't she just here? She really is fast at running away.

Hania: I ran out of Mary's room and bumped into someone tall, with brown hair and hazel eyes. I apologized and went downstairs.

Estif (Hania's father): I was getting dressed for a meeting at my company when I suddenly heard my daughter Mary screaming. On my way, I bumped into Hania and realized she was the one who bothered her. (How wonderful it is to have such beautiful daughters.)

Hania: When I went downstairs, I found my mom preparing breakfast with the maids. We have many maids, but my mom prefers to cook herself—her food is really delicious.

Sicilia (Hania's mother): I was preparing food and saw Hania distracted, looking at the food. I know how much she loves food, so I called her.

Hania: Yes, Mom, do you need something?

Sicilia: Get ready; today we're going to the airport to pick up your cousin Edward because he'll be transferring to your school in England.

Hania: Why? I really hate him. I remember we used to be friends, but he changed and became a cold, cruel person. I don't know why he changed.

Sicilia: Hania, Hania, what are you thinking about?

Hania: Sorry, Mom, but I don't like him anymore.

Sicilia: I know, dear, but your father will be upset if you don't go, especially since Edward has no one left after his father died of a heart attack and lost his money—and you know what happened to his mother during childbirth.

Hania: But Mom!

Sicilia: No arguments, Hania. We will leave at 1 o'clock sharp.

Hania: Why is this happening to me? But will Dad come with us?

Sicilia: No, your father has a meeting at the company. Now go wake your sister.

Hania: I already did… I left the kitchen and saw my father reading the newspaper. I told him Mom is right behind me.

Estif: What should I do now?

Hania: Throw her off the chair.

Estif: Great idea.

Hania: Mom hates it when Dad reads the newspaper.

Sicilia: What are you doing, dear?

Estif: Just wait for the food, my love.

Sicilia: - Hania, go upstairs and call Mary.

Hania: I went to Mary's room, knocked twice, but she didn't open. I entered and saw Mary lying on the floor. I ran to her and called her, but she didn't respond. I grabbed her hand, and suddenly she was sitting on my back.

Mary: Your time has come, Hania. Any last wishes?

Hania: But how did you know I was the one who knocked?

Mary: Because you always knock twice.

Hania: You really know your sister. If you know, then you know what I'm going to do to you while you're sitting on my back like that.

Mary: Yes, I know!

Hania: And what am I going to do?

Mary: Nothing. You love me and won't punish me.

Hania and Mary: Hahaha!

Fast forward…

Hania: After having breakfast with my family, I asked Mom if I could go see Jack because I really missed him. She agreed, saying I should be back before 1.

I went to Jack's house, and a woman with brown hair and gray eyes opened the door. I said, "Hello, Aunt Amy. Where's Jack?"

Amy (Jack's mother): Hello, dear. Jack is asleep in his room. I can't wake him.

Hania: Leave that to me. I'm a professional at these things.

Amy: Okay, go upstairs to him.

Hania: I entered his room and saw an angel sleeping. I gave a sly, mischievous smile…

Jack: I woke up but couldn't get out of bed. Then I felt someone entering my room; I thought it might be my mom. I didn't want her to know I was awake. Suddenly, it felt like a mountain fell on my stomach. I wriggled in pain and looked at who did it.

Hania: When I threw myself onto Jack, he writhed in pain. I admit I felt a pang of guilt, but this is me—malicious by nature. I gave him a look of apology and fear. (I'm really good at acting.)

Jack: Seeing her scared, I didn't punish her. She really is cute and innocent.

Hania: I'm sorry, Jack. I didn't mean it. I slipped and fell on you. (I'm really bad at lying.)

Jack: (Even though I didn't understand what happened, I didn't know how she "slipped.") Okay, okay. What do you want now, spoiled girl?

Hania: Don't call me spoiled, you fool.

Jack: Who's the fool?

Hania: You. Is there anyone else in the room, you idiot?

Jack: (I must stop, or I'll kill her.) Okay, what do you want?

Hania: Let's go to the club to work out and have breakfast.

Jack: That's strange—you haven't eaten yet.

Hania: Actually, I did, but I feel hungry. Isn't it my stomach that feels hungry, not me? Haha.

Jack: Hahaha, you really are a silly girl.

Hania: Let's go, Jack!

Jack: Okay, go out so I can change.

Hania: Are you shy?

Jack: Haha, are you silly? Of course I am, unless you want to see me naked while standing there

Hania: Why do I have a perverted friend?

Jack:

Fast forward…

Hania: After going to the club, eating all the food, and exercising with Jack, I remembered my appointment with Mom. I said goodbye to Jack and rushed home.

The End
