In a villa in the wealthy district of Summit City, four elderly men with an aristocratic demeanor lounged by a square pool. Some were smoking cigars, while others sipped red wine. On the shore, four women stood by to serve drinks and tea.
A middle-aged man, accompanied by several bodyguards, approached with a respectful demeanor, slightly bowing his head without saying a word at the edge of the pool.
Among them, an elder with an old tattoo known as the Viper tattoo.
