Scarface followed the van. He wasn't a local in Summit City, so he didn't realize the van was heading towards police headquarters; he thought it was the Dolphins and kept following.
"Retreat, regroup at headquarters," he said into the communicator, following the van leisurely.
Suddenly, a strange man's voice came over the communicator—it was none other than me.
"Brother Scarface, where are you planning to follow that van to?"
This question made Scarface's pupils dilate instantly. He snapped out of it, realizing something was very wrong with the van. He slammed on the brakes to turn around, only to find his car suddenly hit by another vehicle and surrounded by police cars from front and back.
"Police, get out of the car!"
A line of barricades immediately pinned him in, and Scarface saw rifle barrels all around, furiously pounding his fist on the steering wheel. Seeing three plainclothes detectives get out of the van ahead made him even more infuriated, feeling mocked!
