The massive alloy fist tore through the cat and slammed into her abdomen, sending her flying. Wapol Shaw then grabbed her head and smashed it into the ground, creating a huge dent in an instant.

Xi Hanmei was like a rag doll, violently battered. She curled up, desperately protecting her head.
Just as Wapol Shaw prepared to continue the assault, a dimensional gate opened, blocking the two.

Originally, he, like Sebastian Xiao, thought Sandevistan could only enhance ordinary mortals, giving them extraordinary speed via machines.
But upon experiencing it, Wapol Shaw realized: Sandevistan is a speed-up buff for the body itself. The stronger the base, the greater the bonus. It wasn't a fixed time-slowing system—if it were, it would be a time controller, not an operating system.
Sandevistan simply enhances nerve reactions, scaling with the user's existing speed. The faster you already are, the more powerful the system becomes.
