Why would Leo sell the pack house? He had no right whatsoever to do so! What about his beta, wasn't he there to give his dumb friend advice like he has always done? Even though I know he'd ignore it like always.
What about the Council of Elders, did they agree with his decision?
What the heck was wrong with him?
Well, no doubt, he had a lot of landed properties scattered around Crimson's pack, but the pack house…
It was already blessed by a priest and chosen by the moon goddess as the pack house. Why would he change the location?
Or was he trying to flee from Crimson's pack? Was the ledger really going to cause havoc if opened?
A new thought flashed in my mind as a realization dawned on me.
Now I get why he sold the pack house, he was trying to be smart by putting himself in the middle. Just in case he doesn't find the ledger, he'd just disappear.
But why would he sell it to Maxwell of all people?
