"Steve, why don't I drive? You look a little distracted…" Logan said, his mouth twitching as he looked at Steve Rogers, who was constantly distracted on the plane. "Even if this plane crashes, I definitely won't die, but you might not be as lucky as last time and you might not stay frozen for another sixty years!"
"Ah! Logan, what are you saying?" Steve Rogers asked Logan this question as if waking from a dream, as if he had just come to his senses.
"You…!" Logan almost swore, barely holding himself back. He glared angrily at Steve Rogers, unsure of what to say. After all, if he couldn't swear, Logan had nothing to say.
"Logan, I'm fine. Just a little lost and confused…" Steve Rogers nodded and sighed softly. "I always feel like Steve and I are similar, and I always think there's a hidden meaning in what he and Peggy say…"
"Also, I think you two are very similar. Haven't I mentioned this before? Your auras are so similar. Like she said, that must be why Peggy was looking for her!" Logan's eyes gleamed as he spoke. "However, you should also think of it this way: This is like another you accompanying Peggy throughout her life. Imagine, if Peggy really waited for you for sixty years and then died alone, how sad that would be!"
"Yes, if Peggy really did live alone for over sixty years, what a great regret I would feel in my heart!" Steve Rogers nodded sincerely and said in a low voice, "That's good. Even though it's not me, Peggy has found her own Steve. At least she has someone to look after her, to keep her company…"
"It's great that you can think that way." Logan finally breathed a sigh of relief and smiled at Steve Rogers. "Don't worry, even though you've been frozen for over sixty years, your body is still young. You'll meet the right person for you!"
"I'm not having such thoughts right now." Steve Rogers was spared from such thoughts, thanks to Logan's comforting words. Instead, he looked straight ahead, steering the plane towards Stark Industries.
As for Peggy Carter, neither Steve Rogers nor Logan said anything after they returned. With the absence of the most curious person, Tony Stark, no one asked them about the situation, especially since both of them looked unhappy.
Thus, the Avengers members returned to their normal routine. According to Silly Girl, they flew around the world every day, fighting criminals and any potential remnants of Hydra.
The Tuxedo Trio worked at a very intense pace, having to find time for training as well as participating in the Avengers' operations. Most importantly, they had to blend into the night to bring justice.
After Rhys Fisk made his decision, the Tuxedo Trio's actions became more frequent. Rhys Fisk himself attacked many of the Kingpin Group's shady dealings, and even Bullseye was beaten up by the Tuxedo Trio and fled in a wreck.
"Boss, are we really going to let the young master do whatever he wants?" The wounded Bullseye ran to Kingpin to complain: "If this continues, we'll lose more than half of our dark industries!"
"He's forcing me to completely transform!" Kingpin smiled, shook his head, and whispered, "Let's see how much skill he's learned from this Invincible master. If he can truly cleanse our dark industries, what harm is there in a complete transformation?"
"Boss…" Bullseye's mouth twitched slightly. Suddenly he realized that Kingpin was using the dark power of the Kingpin gang to help Rhys Fisk grow!
"Our people probably won't be too harsh on Rhys. How about this: let's take him to Madam Gao's. Doesn't she have a factory? I think that place would be enough for Rhys to have some fun!" Kingpin suddenly had an idea and smiled at Bullseye.
"Ms. Gao!" Bullseye's pupils narrowed slightly. Looking at Kingpin with a hint of hesitation, he said, "But boss, we still have a partnership with Ms. Gao, and Ms. Gao's influence is certainly not something to be underestimated…"
"I know his power isn't simple, of course. If his power were simple, how could he pressure Rhys? How could he help Rhys develop? Besides, Rhys isn't fighting alone. They're the most popular superheroes right now!" Kingpin grinned. "I never thought my son Kingpin would become a superhero. That's not a bad feeling!"
"Boss…" Bullseye looked at Kingpin with a hint of fear. He opened his mouth to say something more, but Kingpin interrupted him.
"Go downstairs. Remember to do it secretly, pretend we know nothing and that we accidentally exposed Madam Gao, understood?" Kingpin waved his hand, signaling Bullseye to leave.
"Yes, boss!" Bullseye took a deep breath, nodded respectfully, and turned to leave.
Rhys Fisk and the Tuxedo Trio were unaware of what was happening within the Kingpin Group. Rhys Fisk could never have imagined that Kingpin would even ostracize Madame Gao, a longtime partner in the Kingpin gang, in an attempt to rein him in for better development.
At that time, the Tuxedo Trio was still continuing to eradicate evil in the darkness. However, over time, they discovered that they weren't alone in this, and that it wasn't even limited to a single force.
The Tuxedo Trio knew one force very well: Bucky Barnes, who was paying his penance. As for the other two forces, thanks to the Dumb Girl's investigation, they quickly discovered an organization called the Defenders. The last force had done very little work, and the Dumb Girl had found nothing.
However, this matter was temporarily set aside by the Tuxedo Trio. Meanwhile, all three were gathered at a Wing Chun martial arts dojo—or rather, all the Avengers members except Tony Stark were there, because Huang Wen's body had changed again.
"If we count the time, it seems like a month has passed, just like Captain Carol said, right?" Logan paused for a moment, looking at Huang Wen through the psychic barrier.
This time, Belle created a barrier with her psychic power not only to prevent outside noise from disturbing Huang Wen, but also to ensure that people could no longer stand near Huang Wen's body.
An invisible pressure was present within a meter of Huang Wen. Belle initially remained there, but as she felt the pressure growing stronger, she desperately had to leave and use a psychic barrier to create enough distance to prevent Huang Wen's invisible pressure from causing unnecessary harm to others.
