"Good, because you have a lot more to do as the Beast King than worry over nonsense," Sisi said before she took a step back and returned to Jojo's side.
She picked up her half-finished needlework, dragged a chair to sit right next to the obedient wolf boy, and started working on it again.
Kael was still in his kneeling position, staring at Sisi, who was busy with her needlework, and couldn't help but ask, "What are you making, Sisi?"
"Daddy, you shouldn't ask that!" Jojo suddenly interrupted. "Sisi said it's a surprise gift for us!"
Kael's brows raised. "Really? Now I'm even more curious."
"Well, you should stay curious until I'm done with it. I think it should be done in a week if I don't get interrupted too often with all the stuff happening in the palace," Sisi said.
She glanced at Kael, who looked guilty, knowing that he caused most of those disturbances anyway.
