Now only the girl Liu Ru Yu, Bai Ming, Fu Liu, Lu Chiang and now you, only those 5 who are the ones that seem to still willing to work hard to live up to my expectations of them, the others either are lazy or lack in talent and aptitude for going through this Path, those guys really need a beating .
As Master said this, I noticed that he seemed to be quite angry and dissatisfied at those guys, I also was surprised that so many people was following this Path, I thought that we would be at most 3, but we were actually 5, how much will it cost master to be supporting our practice then .
Sigh, Answering your second question, Internal Technique follow the same route as the External one, the difference lay in the lack of the need to heart yourself to achieve success, unlike the damage then repair and enhance cruel process that the external technique use, the Internal method used pills and the circulation of Blood Qi to achieve results similar to the the External Technique and way of practice .
But it's still a bit lacking compared to External Techniques in terms of strength and tempering effect, but with use of pills it can make up fo that shortcomings, Internal Technique help in reducing the risk for those who might go for the Full Body Refinement Path as well, since its risks aren't as high as External Martial Techniques .
But that added another shortcoming to it, it's difficult to start with and even more difficult to acquire, acquiring Internal Technique for the poor was nothing but a fool dream, not to mention the need for pills and a quite high comprehension needed from the person trying to learn or Master that technique .
Those are the pros and cons between the two, you might say that even though they were opposite to one another they were heading towards the same goal, was my words enough for you to acquire an understanding, you might go to the Scriptures Hall later and read through the books there as you like, but don't slack in your practice or I will really teach you a lesson .
