His sabotage mission to sabotage Nihingo's Goverment roads infrasturcture for their plans alongside with Oruvi was succeded, knowing hes gaining advantage
Then, he start to visualized the entire Nihingo's country every details that he have memorize as he passed a towns or a cities in Nihingo

Meanwhile all of this was happening, The Imperial Army has started to be deployed to help the Police to try to represses the situations, but in the way, they found a huge problem
all the main routes that connects all the city and town has been sabotaged by Kouhei and Oruvi, making the Police and the Imperial Army struggling to transport logistics
Suddenly, all the radio in Nihingo stop to broadcasting about the news, it seems that the national radio station has been hijacked and now a voice was hearded in the radio

Then, the entire peoples of Nihin that heard the speech start to chanting for Meiji

The night of the entire nations of Nihin was in total Chaos for the government, more than half of Nihingo's population has filled in the entire country's road, start to rallying into their own local government to demonstrate
Meanwhile, Imperial Army has been deployed to the Radio Stations after receiving an SOS Signal from other Imperial Army from there with a device named "Magi-Intercommunication Systems"
In the group of The Imperial Army, The Ultimate Detective, Takahashi Kurumi, whos also an Executive Officer Of 7th Bridgade of Takuyura District, is also deployed to the radio stations to investigate the event in there
And also to uncover about of person behind "The Promised Leader" title and arrest the person
As they finally arrives in the stations, they find that the guards in the building has been murdered, there was even a pool of blood of them that flows from there, upon witnessing the scene in front of them, some of them almost trow up from seeing big amount of blood infront of them
But, Kurumi is diffrent, her face stays firm, her bright emerald eyes stays sharp, then, she enters the building, passing all the corpse of the dead in the building, she quickly assessing on how the guards in there are murdered
"23 are slashed through the their upper chest, 4 are headless, 17 are stabbed in their heart and their brains, all of the victim are dead with the cause in their upper body"
She thought in her head
"The killer must be a ruthless, psychophatic person, an extremely skilled melee weapon users"

Then, she wears her high school uniform, then she takes a look of herself at the mirror, she was excited of starting a new phase of her life, after that, she ate her breakfast before finally stepping out of her apartment
She checks her phone to check the time, she doesnt want to be late at the ceremonial, she want to start this new phase of life with a good start
But...as she walking into the stations to got into her school, suddenly, a portal was forming below her feet, and then...she falls to the portal, she screamed loudly since she was shocked to this changing event, she closed her eyes because she was scared
When she opened her eyes, she found herself in a streets like Japanese in the 70s-80s, she was extremely confused of her whereabouts

Then, she checks her phone, there was no signal, then...a realization hits her like The Titanic hit the iceberg
She was somehow teleported into another world...

Then, she sees the guards in a building that seems like a radio stations, as she was about to ask for help from them, her eyes instantly analyzing their actions and micro-body languanges
"These...these people...theyre guards, but act not like one, wait, what?! Theyre...slacking off and even take bribes?!"
Says Kurumi as she noticed an individual who are like a Beast-like person inside the station, who are giving one of the also Beast-like individual in an soldiers uniform a pack of money
She decided to not ask help from the soldiers in there...
For weeks, she have been walking through the city she fallen into, starting to knows what happens in this world
The corrupt systems of the current government, the social gap between natives of Nihin and Beast Race who occupied them
But, at one day, a floods caused by tropical typhoon wiped Northen Takuyura, the place where she mostly spends her time there helping people and gathers information about the world
Her place to stay who are in an abandonned sewer, was drowned underwater
Almost her belongings beside the one that she brought students ceremonial day was wiped out, she was left on the outskirt of Takuyura, almost about to die due to malnutrion and dehydration
But then, an Imperial Soldiers found her and brought her to the base
And thats how shes ended up in Imperial Army...
As Kurumi stop to recalls the first time when shes teleported to this world, she finally focuses back on the task in hand
"And i heard that these guards is also an ex-heavy criminal who got out of the prison and then joins the Imperial Army"
"Now im kinda confused, is this "The Promised Leader" is evil or not? I cant even decide that..."
Then, suddenly, she heard an help pleads comes form the inside of the building
She quickly turns around approach the source of the sounds, after searching for a while, she finally found the source, she find an "Imperial Soldiers" was lying in the floor, full covered in blood
She crouch down into his level and asking about his conditions, the sergeant response, his face shows pure horror expression, but Kurumi are not that easily to be fooled, she knows how to spot a fake victim even though the person used Magi or Furesion abilities
Then, she looks around the room, there was many dead body in there, still with the same killing patterns, then, she close her eyes and raise her above, then...she starts to feel the entire room
She feels the amount of the foul smell from the dead body and the blood, then she feels an humidity that indicate another person has been in fact break in the Radio Stations
But, she cant feels any kind of feeling of trace of magic ability used in this room, she lowers her arm back, then she takes some conclusions from this investigation:
1. The stations was attacked by an outsider 21 Minute ago
2. The killer was an extremely skilled and strong person
3. Tied to the "Structured Chaos" that "The Promised Leader" or Meiji caused due to many evidence leads to the person, but couldnt find the person
4. Not caused by one person, but multiple person
Then, Kurumi told the sergeant that lying on the floor, still "traumatized" to slowly stand up and take his time
The sergeant slowly start to stand up, after he finally stand up, Kurumi told him that he will brought back to the Imperial Army Base to be questioned about his witnesses about the horrible event that just happened to him
The sergeant nods slowly, still shaken up by what just he witnesses , but despite this, he pushed himself foward and start to go to the exit of the building
Kurumi then help the sergeant to walk properly because she knows that his mental stability are still extremely shocked by what he just probably witness
When they finally step into outside, she can sees a huge demonstrations group in afar that are currently gathered around The Management Building Of Port of Takuyura to protest
Then, she takes a look at the current city's condition, it was at chaos, almost like total chaos, though she knows that someone is orchestrating this from the shadows, she knows that "Meiji" that Doguffron tasked her to catch are the one behind all of this
But she doesnt know who is this person, not at all, not even from 137 Million Nihingo's Data Center in Imperial Army HQ that she remembers, then, she takes one conclusion again from this hint:
"The Promised Leader are the same as her, teleported from Earth"
