Chapter 141 - Chapter 141

After three hours of fast running, Team One led by Kenshin reached the supposed habitat of Kobayashi Haro.

"According to the latest data, this bastard should be in that small settlement over there. The locals complained to the nearest town that this scum had occupied the estate of a wealthy farmer who grew medicinal plants for sale. Apparently, Haro killed the estate owner and lives there with several henchmen. The locals have complained many times that these scum force them to pay 'tribute' by supplying food, booze, and women. I don't think this scum will just abandon his cozy spot." Kenshin said, rethinking what he had learned from Setoru.

"And how are we going to kill him? Just go and attack?" Ichiro asked with interest. If not for his father, that is exactly what he would have done.

"No. Better if we catch him off guard and destroy him with one attack. Who knows what a Jonin doomed to death is capable of…" Kenshin said with a sigh. What irritated him most was what he didn't know. The presence of chakra in people greatly complicated any predictions, because there were such incredible techniques that could turn the tide of battle upside down.

After they approached within five kilometers, Kenshin activated the eye diversion and stealth formation. There was a small chance they would be spotted on the approach to the village, but everything went fine. The locals didn't even see the group of guys dressed all in black and continued going about their business.

As soon as they entered the village, they immediately hid in one of the sheds. Kenshin, together with the Twenty-Second, began scanning the surrounding area and almost immediately found the target. Powerful shinobi were very different from ordinary people, and it was not difficult to spot a sturdy thug having sex with a woman.

"Excellent! This bastard apparently does nothing but have fun. Everyone follow my instructions." Kenshin ordered and transmitted to his sons' minds the approximate layout of the entire estate as well as the action plan in the first approximation.

All sons immediately concentrated and prepared for battle. Considering that their father was participating in this mission, they all took it as seriously as possible, ready to repel any threat.

There were two Chunin and five Genin in the outbuilding. Kenshin concluded that this was most likely Haro's retinue, who were not allowed to live in the main building and get under their boss's feet.

"Father, what are we going to do with these? They will interfere a lot when it starts." Ichiro said mentally.

"I didn't bring ten bombs for nothing. Two, I think, will be quite enough for this rabble." Kenshin answered and took two round streamlined iron balls out of the backpack reinforced with many formations. After he gained the ability to create some items, he immediately improved the bomb design, which also became safer to store.

After Kenshin carefully attached two bombs to the walls of the outbuilding, Ichiro shook his head and said mentally:

"I can't believe these idiots didn't post a watch. It would have been much harder for us to get in here if they were at least a little more vigilant."

"Apparently they relaxed completely and believed in their impunity. Besides, a weak enemy won't go after a Jonin, and a strong one will easily bypass any watch." Kenshin explained, leisurely advancing together with Ichiro to the main building of the estate. All the other sons were dispersed and could provide support from the other side at any moment.

"This scum is in the main bedroom with an unknown woman. I'll lift you to the window, try to finish everything in one strike. Attack using space and don't worry about the woman's life. The main thing is to destroy the target." Kenshin mentally ordered, placing several bombs in different places on the large territory to have some tactical maneuvers in case a fight broke out.

"Understood." Ichiro reported, and Kenshin had no particular problems enveloping him with telekinesis and then lifting him into the air. With Ichiro's strength, Kenshin required his full cooperation, otherwise telekinesis refused to affect a shinobi with powerful chakra in any way.

Everything happened in an instant. Kenshin strained all his strength and literally threw Ichiro inside when he was level with the window. Ichiro instantly concentrated, accelerated himself by pushing off the windowsill, splitting the thick stone under his feet, and enveloped the sword with spatial ripple.

The man and woman lying in bed didn't even have time to react and were instantly cut in half along with the bed as well as part of the wall and floor.

Suddenly the man lying on the woman turned into a puddle of water, and the surprised Ichiro turned to the right.

"Suiton: Suidanha!" A guttural growl sounded, and a stream of water under enormous pressure shot at Ichiro.

He didn't have time to do anything, so the stream of water first crashed into an invisible shield that burst in literally half a second, giving Ichiro the opportunity to block with his sword.

As soon as Ichiro attacked his target, Kenshin immediately activated two bombs, and a powerful explosion thundered, completely destroying the outbuilding, and the sharpened stakes hidden in the bombs left no chance for Haro's henchmen.

In front of the stunned brothers and father, Ichiro flew out of the building, breaking through the stone wall with his body. And although the stream of water was incredibly powerful, Ichiro's sword was still able to withstand the blow and not break, only hitting its owner hard in the chest.

"Katon: Goka Mekkaku!" The Seventh shouted and released a stream of fire that grew into a seven-meter wall.

"Fuuton: Toppa!" The Twenty-Second supported him, and the fiery wall increased to twenty meters, covering the ill-fated house with itself.

Kenshin immediately flew to Ichiro to check his condition and, in case of injury, save him by escaping through the air. The Fourth and Eighteenth meanwhile watched closely and were ready to attack the enemy at the first opportunity.

As soon as the huge wall of flame covered part of the estate, a man covered in a water membrane flew out of it. He landed on a piece of wall and looked at his enemies with a cautious but angry gaze.

During the short pause, the Eighteenth unnoticed sent his shadows up the wall, and as soon as they were three meters from the enemy, he suddenly flinched and broke from his place, rushing to attack the Twenty-Second who was closest to him and in whom Haro recognized an iryonin.

However, the Twenty-Second only outwardly seemed weak, but Hitomi was an excellent mother and spent a huge amount of time teaching her son the gentle fist style.

Planning to finish the enemy in a few moments, Haro was quite surprised when he began to virtuously parry all his blows, counterattacking with a gentle fist. However, for a Jonin these tangential blows did not pose a particular danger, because all their penetrating power dissolved in the most powerful chakra, not causing much harm to internal organs.
