Chapter 1 - the kingdom

Once upon a time, there was a kingdom called Silvermeadow. Silvermeadow was a beautiful kingdom with lots of villagers and a very charming palace. The village in Silvermeadow was called Brookshi e and the people living there had a great connection to eachother. The houses in Brookshine were white like the sheep's fur eith roofs made of soft hay and tree. The gardens were full of flowers and beautiful plants. Trees with flowers more stunning than the sunrise on a summer morning. The sunrises in Brookshine looked like they could kill. Different shades of pink, orange and yellow in the sky all at once.

The palace in Silvermeadow looked like a fairytale. Vines up the big, stony walls. The whole palace was like a dream. If you looked out from a window in the palace would you be able to see the whole kingdom. Even to the mountains behind Silvermeadow where enemy land was. In the palace lived the queen, a beautiful woman with a stunning appearance who were kind to everyone in the kingdom. The king, a vise man who lead the kingdom visely. Their daughter, the princess a divine young lady. She was quite rebellious. In the palace also lived the knights and butlers. The royal family had a lot of animals and pets at the palace like horses, dogs and bunny's.

The princess named Willow often snuck out of the palace at night to ride in the forest or take a walk in the kingdom to the small village Brookshine. Sometimes it would obe in new people to Brookshine. Most of the time it would be old fishers or salesmen from other kingdoms behind the mouintains. One late night in July was Willow riding with a sword she stole from the knights practice at the palace. She swung the sword against dead trees like she always did at night. When she rode back from the woods she saw a boy. His hair so charming and blonde like the sun. His skin colored like the sand on the beach, his eyes greener than the grass in august.

"Oh my lord" Willow covered her mouth with her hand but couldn't help but blush by his divine appearance. He was petting the horses outside the palace gently. Willow covered her hair dark brown hair with the hood of her long black coat.

"You shouldn't be here. These are royal horses." She ride up beside him and looked down at him with light brown eyes.

"Oh I'm so sorry ma'am" he blurted out nervously.

"Don't ma'am me, I'm probably younger than you anyways." Willow gave the boy a tight smile.

"Pardon me." He bowed down. Almost a little too low.

"Don't be sorry. Everyone makes mistakes. Do you happen to be a knight sir?" She asked softly.

"No, bur i always dreamt to be one."

"Why aren't you a knight sir?"

"I don't have high status enough ti be a knight. And please, don't call me sir call me Silas."

"I guess you would want my name too then?"

"Yes ma'am, if that's okay with you."

"Call me Willow. Willow Greenvale."

"You're… the princess? I'm so sorry I had no idea."

"I know Silas. What is your last name if I get to ask?"

"Aurelis, Silas Aurelis your highness."

"I see. Haven't you noticed that the sun is almost up? You should be asleep since a long time shouldn't you?"

"Yes your highness. I just wanted to see the horses. I can't help it. They're so charming and they remind me of the horses in my home town." He gently petted the nearest horse.

"I know, they are really beautiful."
