"Kid, if you know what's good for you, you'll get lost fast! If you don't, watch out or I'll break your damn legs!"
A group of thugs sneered, walking towards me.
"What do you want?" Kimberly Harris shouted, stepping in front of me. "Charlie, you should go! I don't want to drag you down!"
"Silly girl!"
I chuckled softly, patting her head, "Don't worry, it'll be fine." With that, I stepped forward boldly.
"Well, well! Kid, you sure have some guts! Don't blame us for being rude then!" sneered the leader of the thugs.
I didn't look at him but turned to the two policemen, "You're not going to do anything about this?"
The two policemen were startled, then sneered with a mocking look at me.
"This kid is still quite naive!" one officer muttered.
Then they both turned away, looking outwards.
"Haha! Kid, you don't know the power of Nicholas Young! My brother-in-law is the local police station chief. Here, I am The Celestial Overlord. If you dare mess with me, you're asking for it!"
