The city was burning. Smoke and debris filled the streets, and screams pierced the air.
Jiang Zhengyi gritted his teeth, clutching the mysterious device in his hand. "I won't let them hurt anyone else!"
The device, the Xing-Source Driver, glowed with a faint light. "STARTS UP! BAI-X!"
In an instant, his body was enveloped in blinding light. Armor formed around him, sharp and shining. BAI-X, the HuRider, stood ready.
Monsters surged forward, but BAI-X swung his sword with precision, cutting through the chaos.
"Die!" he shouted, his voice carrying over the battlefield.
A nearby figure watched silently—Gu Xing, calm, calculating.
"Zhengyi, your control over the power is still unstable. Be careful," Gu Xing warned.
Jiang nodded. He had no time for hesitation. "I'll protect everyone. No matter what."
The battle continued into the night, with BAI-X striking down monster after monster, but something darker loomed in the distance—a shadow he had yet to face.
