Chapter 46 - Chapter 46: The Avalanche and the Sudden Crisis

"How much longer until we can get back?" Having braved the wind and rain for two days, surely they must be arriving soon, Rowan thought to himself.

"Soon, about three days more and we can return to the cave," Owen estimated. Looking at the Lost Forest getting closer, he wished he could just travel through the night.

It was a pity that while he didn't need rest, his partner did; he could only suppress his anxious mood to return home.

In the morning, Rowan woke up to find Owen curled up and sleeping soundly in the corner of the tent, which made him feel much more at ease.

Today they had flown out of the dense forest and were flying over a vast expanse of white snow, with snowy mountains flanking them.

At first, it was just the two of them traveling, but suddenly a flock of small birds flew past. A while later, several Iron-Horned Beasts darted by, and gradually, even other small animals overtook them.

Huh, was Owen flying that slowly?
