Winter, seeing the situation, immediately took huge strides to follow.
Its three heads curiously approached Myrcella, who was being led by Lynn, and sniffed her gently with their noses.
The little princess was too scared to move, but a look of novelty sparkled in her emerald green eyes.
Just then, a woman in a long grey dress hurried out from inside the castle gate.
Catelyn Tully.
Her face carried a trace of barely concealed exhaustion.
But the moment she saw Lynn and Robb, a light instantly lit up in her blue eyes.
Her gaze swept over Lynn, then over the dragon, large enough to keep any lord sleepless, and finally, landed on the blonde little girl beside Lynn.
"Ser Lynn."
Catelyn's voice was a little anxious.
She walked up to Lynn, her eyes fixed on him.
"My daughters… Sansa and Arya, are they… doing well in King's Landing?"
Her voice trembled slightly as she asked this question.
The storm in King's Landing had long since spread throughout the Seven Kingdoms via raven.
She knew Lynn had won the tourney, knew Queen Cersei of Lannister was accused of murder, and even knew Lynn had undergone a bloody trial by combat to clear the Queen's name.
She prayed for her husband and daughters every night.
"Lady Stark, please rest assured."
Lynn's voice carried a reassuring strength.
"They are both doing very well."
He glanced at Robb, who was listening with pricked ears beside him, then at Catelyn.
"Arya is still the same; besides practicing swordplay, she's always thinking of ways to prank her teacher."
A helpless yet doting wry smile appeared on Catelyn's face.
This was indeed something her youngest daughter would do.
"And Sansa?"
She was more worried about her elder daughter.
Sansa had lived in songs and fantasies since childhood; a place like King's Landing was too dangerous for her.
"Sansa…"
A meaningful smile appeared on Lynn's face.
"She has changed a lot."
"She is now my biggest business partner in King's Landing; together, we created a 'soap empire' that drives all the noble ladies in the city wild."
"She is no longer that little lady who only sang songs."
Lynn looked at Catelyn's stunned expression and continued.
"She now spends every day thinking about how to formulate new fragrances, how to write moving stories for products, and how to make those noble lords willingly empty their money bags."
"She found something more interesting than marrying a prince."
Catelyn was completely dumbfounded.
Soap empire? Business partner?
These words couldn't be linked at all to the gentle, quiet daughter in her memory who dreamed of becoming a queen.
But she could hear from Lynn's tone that it was a heartfelt approval.
Her daughter seemed to be growing rapidly in a way she could not have imagined… Winterfell, Lord's study.
After entrusting Myrcella to the maid to settle in, Lynn and Robb finally had some time alone.
Robb plopped down on a chair, picked up the wine pot on the table, and took a big gulp.
"Where are the gold dragons you mentioned?"
He wiped his mouth, his eyes shining as he looked at Lynn.
Lynn smiled, took out a King's Landing draft from his Pregnant, and handed it to him.
Robb took it and, when he saw the long string of numbers on it, his breathing stopped.
He rubbed his eyes and looked again.
Robb's voice was trembling.
"Lynn, did you rob the King's treasury?"
"More or less." Lynn was noncommittal.
Robb held the draft, enough to buy an entire Winterfell, feeling it burn his hands.
He carefully put away the draft, his expression becoming serious.
"The matters you entrusted to the Night's Watch."
He walked to the corner of the study and took out a heavy wooden box from a locked iron chest.
The wooden box opened.
A scent, a mix of fresh herbs and extreme cold, instantly permeated the air.
It was filled with strange plants, fist-sized, crystal clear like ice, but with faint golden patterns intertwined at their roots.
Blessed Herbs!
And the quantity far exceeded Lynn's imagination!
"Found by the Night's Watch beyond The Wall."
Robb explained.
"They say these things only grow in the extreme cold of the Land of Always Winter, and there are always… unclean things lurking around."
"To collect these, they had to go north to the Land of Always Winter, losing quite a few Rangers in the process."
"But it wasn't the dead men who did it, it was the wildlings."
"One of each of these herbs; Lord Commander Mormont personally instructed me to hand them to you."
Lynn's gaze fell on the box of herbs, his eyes burning.
He didn't stand on ceremony, directly picking up a plant and putting it into his mouth.
The cold herb melted instantly upon entering his mouth, transforming into a warm current that surged through his limbs and bones!
Ding! You consumed 'Jade Marrow Ganoderma', Constitution +1!
Ding! You consumed 'Azure Sky Flower', All Attributes +1!
A series of system prompts wildly rang in Lynn's mind!
Name: Lynn
Strength: 12 (2%)
Agility: 11 (61%)
Constitution: 9 (92%)
Spirit: 26 (1%)
Lynn could clearly feel his body undergoing astonishing changes!
His muscles became tougher, his bones denser, and even his mental power experienced an unprecedented increase!
With this entire box of herbs consumed, his strength greatly increased!
Lynn let out a long sigh, feeling the explosive power within him, a satisfied look on his face.
Robb watched Lynn gobble down those precious herbs like he was eating radishes, and his eye twitched involuntarily.
Although he didn't know what these things were specifically for, seeing Lynn's expression, he knew they were definitely good stuff.
"Oh, there's one more thing."
Robb seemed to remember something.
"The Night's Watch captured a group of wildlings in the Haunted Forest some time ago."
"Among them was a red-haired woman, particularly troublesome, like a wildcat; several brothers were wounded by her arrows."
"Lord Commander Mormont originally wanted to deal with them according to the rules, but Uncle Benjen stopped them, saying to wait for your return to make a decision."
A red-haired woman?
Ygritte!
Lynn's eyes instantly lit up.
Blessed Herbs, wildlings… a perfect chain of clues instantly formed in his mind!
Who knew that land better than the wildlings who had lived beyond The Wall for generations?
Wouldn't it be twice the result with half the effort to have them collect the herbs?
"I'll take those wildlings."
Lynn said without hesitation.
"What do you want them for?"
"Wildlings are very brutal."
Robb was puzzled.
"Of course, to let them put their remaining energy to good use."
Lynn's gaze turned to the window, looking towards the distant North.
His plan was far more than just collecting herbs.
Besides dealing with Ygritte, the wildling, he had an even more important purpose for going to the North.
The Fist of the First Men.
And, buried beneath the peak, the legendary horn of winter that could supposedly bring down The Wall!
That was his true goal for this trip!
Lynn opened the pet panel.
