So our protagonist is none other than the man who came from the rift. Everyone thinks he's a god or a powerful being that reached an unfathomable cultivation level, You can read the story from the very beginning I won't say anything about our protagonist here.
This is my first work, so many errors could happen, delays could happen because of my studies but i'll try my best and give me your support too.
So the cultivation in this Myriad continent is as follows,
Th e Core System (This is standard for most races)
Cultivators absorb World Energy or let's call mana to form and brighten a core within their body. Everyone is born with an unawakened core but apart from dragons who awakens their core at birth and elves who has their own unique cultivation system, others have to risk their life by awakening their cores manually, Failure is death, Success means starting the journey to the peak of the continent.
Spark Realm : The beginner stage. The core is just a flicker.
StarFire Realm : The core shines like a distant star. Strength is enhanced. Gain enhanced recovery.
Lunar Realm : The core grows large and calm like a moon. Can project energy externally.
Solar Realm : The core burns intensely like a sun. Infinite stamina, terrifying heat/power. Recovery and regeneration speed is more enhanced.
Constellation Realm : The core splits into a pattern. One can manipulate the laws of the world.
(The difference between these realms are huge....like a bit too huge. Normally any genius can fight between realms like they're nothing right?, don't expect too much things like that in this story though. Especially the difference between Solar Realm and Constellation Realm is way too huge. our MC doesn't follow this cultivation system, this is for the rest of the chararcters.)
The Nature System
The elves have always been able to listen to the World Tree and follow it's guidance, so they hid their cultivation from everyone and never initiated wars like others. They are peaceful until someone attacks them first. Just because they have 9 stages it doesn't mean a 6th stage elf is stronger than 5th stage human or others, Elves have a different system, they use their bodies to the fullest at first because they're the purest beings in the Myriad Continent and that is why nature loves them more than any other races. They create their cores at the 8th stage unlike others who have impurities within them and only by making the core stronger can they get rid of them. The Nature cultivation system indeed makes the elves a bit stronger than anyone apart from the dragons.
Seed : Fragile. The elves must absorb ambient energy just to survive. Body is weak.
Root : Focus on the body. The elves becomes incredibly heavy and stable. Hard to knock down.
Sapling : Energy starts flowing efficiently. The elves gains stamina and minor healing abilities.
Bark : Defensive stage. The skin becomes like ironwood. The body is at its peak toughness.
Branching : The elves gains versatility. They can learn complex spells/skills, just as a tree grows many branches.
Canopy : The soul expands. Their sense covers a huge area, like the shade of a giant tree.
Flowering : A beautiful, spiritual stage. The user attracts natural energy automatically. They gain a Scent or Aura that charms/intimidates.
Fruiting : Creation. The user condenses their power into a Fruit or the core others races have at birth, that holds their essence.
World Tree : They become a pillar of the world. Their roots touch hell, their branches touch heaven. Gain Rapid regeneration ,unkillable as long as the earth exists.
Our protagonist is a different story, the reason I introduced these cultivation systems is that readers need to understand how poweful others are. Our protagonist doesn't need a cultivation system, he can eat energy as long as he wants, but not everything is that easy.
Also at the begining there won't be much explenantions about these things for awhile, but in the later chapters many things will be explained, especially this Nature Cultivation, i'm trying to use this system for a better use for the other characters as a stepping stone.
Also I can tell you about two of the twelve shackles that binds the protagonist,
1st Shackle - The Shackle of Body (Infinite Physical potential)
2nd Shackle - The Shackle of Life (the flow of life)
even if these shackles are broken, it will still be limited. In the later chapters our protagonist will realise what he is doing wrong, Well that too is for you guys to wait and find out.
I really hope the readers will support me to the fullest, I want to make this story a mind bending one with so many shocking plot twists. Because the main suspense is who is our main character right?, to reach the ending I want , i'm thinking of many plot twists to add to the story.
