Max struggling to get up from just one attack from the crystal being and Carmlien and Rayn hiding away from the crystal being. The tall one then walks towards Max, while the other approaches Carmlien and Rayn
"Quick Rayn we need to run, now!" They both quickly rushes out of the gallery through the storage room then towards the exit but a crate was thrown at them.
"Watch out!" Rayn pushes himself towards Carmlien avoiding a large crate but now it's blocking the exit. "oh crap" as they look behind them they see the short crystal warrior approaching them as they slowly levitating towards them as it formed swords and threw at them. Rayn and Carmlien quickly leaped towards their right but one of the swords almost hit Carmlien cutting off a strand of her long hair. As they continued to run while the short crystal warrior relish the chase he is having fun.
Meanwhile outside the tall one jumps towards Max ready to land a devastating stomp, but Max feels something within his arm, it's starting to flicker brightly. "What's is it this time arm" without hesitation he hears a word flowing into his mind, move to your right as Max listen to the voice he dashes towards his right dodging the attack then looks towards the attacker "I know what you are Crystellions" Max tries to get a reaction from the crystal warrior but he doesn't speak only turning his arms into blades Max sees this and tries to do the same trying to imagine his arm is a weapon as, the crystal being rushes towards him to slash him Max instead forms a shield able to block the attack, Max then observe the shield he had formed from his crystal arm, but loosing focus on the crystal warrior he can't see it anywhere quickly he gets up, looking around to find where the crystal warrior is about to attack him, then behind him the warrior is standing right in front of him, Max prepares his shield to block any attack the warrior throws at him.
Meanwhile in the museum Carmlien and Rayn are still being pursued by the other crystal warrior, trying to run away but it is still in hot pursuit towards them, as the warrior throwing his hands literally at them. They manage to dodge every attack the warrior throw at them
"How does that even work!" "We need to get outside now!" As they both quickly dashes out through the entrance and they see Max standing in front of the crystal warrior.
"Max get away from there" but then the crystal warrior kneels down in honour of Max's presence. All three were shocked in awe, then suddenly the other crystal warrior attacking Carmlien and Rayn burst out of the wall from Carmlien's museum then to also kneel in front of Max beside his brother.
"Excuse me?" Then suddenly the two crystal warriors spoke to Max in unison "by the order of our master, King Orlov. We here, the crystal brothers shall be at your service till the very end, you have our very cores."
Then they both began to stand up introducing themselves to the others "I Shard will be your unbreakable sword" "and I Glim shall become your unbreakable shield"
As they raise their hands towards Max, he remembers that his crystal arm also raised its arm towards Max yesterday back at Annie's place. Max then raised his crystal arm as he hold they're hands then they both reform themselves in order to combine into Max's crystal arm as he can feel there abilities flowing within himself Carmlien and Rayn walks towards Max to see if he's okay.
"Max how are you feeling"
"not sure but I feel better, like I can deliver more packages then ever" but as they look around their area they realize there was no witnesses. "we shouldn't stay out here for long" "but Max what about your arm do you still to hide it" Max then pulls out some of the remaining bandages he brought from his house then wrapped his whole left arm quickly.
"That'll work"
"Thanks Rayn"
"Yeah but what about my window?" Camrlien pointing to the window at her museum, suddenly Max gets an idea from his arm glowing within.
"Let me try something. Give me a piece of crystal"
"Wait what?"
"Just trust me"
"Okay?" Carmlien goes into her museum grabbing a piece of crystal from the gallery then walking back out to give Max the crystal "thanks, now let hope I know what I'm doing" Max places the piece of crystal onto the broken window then walking back to the others and raised his crystal arm towards the broken window and focus with all his might on the crystal. His eyes starts to glow brightly as the all sees the piece of crystal on the broken window starts to morph and form, to expand itself as it reach every part of the broken window repairing it completely.
"Wow, it looks like it never got smashed" then Max starts to tumble, but they quickly catches him "Max you're okay?" "Yeah just feeling a bit drained" Max feeling tired "I didn't know it can do that" Rayn being curious "I guess I just comes with the arm" Max trying to make a lying statement to the others "its getting late, lets head back before someone sees us" heading back into the museum they then see all the damage inside after their encounter with the crystal brothers, with no choice but to help Carmlien fix the museum they spend a hour fixing the gallery, and the storage room.
As Carmlien carries more box still noticing her unwanted hair cut made by Glim. feeling annoyed at the unevenness of her hair.
"Is there a problem Carm" Max noticing Carmlien's annoyed at something.
"It's just this hair cut made by Glim who nearly attacked me and Rayn earlier, and became chummy with you"
"Maybe I could help you with that." Max then grabs some scissors from the table as Carmlien then sat down on a stool for Max.
"Have you ever cut hair, or did something with that new arm"
"No but this is a good way to practice." Max holds onto the remaining long strands of her hair and cuts it. Making her hair even and a bit shorter but long till its over her ear, Max grabs a mirror and shows her hair. "how does it look?" "it's a start, but I may prefer shorter. But I will not ask for your help for this time, I'll go to the barbers and ask Lucy to cut my hair."
Max nodded as they continue to clean. Max then carries broken piece of the crate near the exit he then sees a tall mirror and couldn't help but stare at his crystal arm and seeing multiple reflection from his arm "okay lets try this one more time" Max tries to form the shield he made before, but he couldn't construct it a second time, but is still able to move his crystal arm, closing his hands into a fist. Max feeling a bit disappointed he continues to assist Carmlien cleaning her museum then heading back to the two "is that everything Carmlien" as Max places the last broken crate near the garbage "yes that is all, thank you both for helping me" "no problem its what we do" then Max and Rayn begins to leave the museum, and walking onto the sidewalk they began to head back to Max's place.
"Hey Max back during the that fight, what happened exactly?"
"What do you mean Rayn"
"When you construct that shield from your arm, can it normally do that?"
"Not sure, I thought of something I need to protect, and BAM! It appeared from my arm"
"That's sounds so cool. Can it do anything else"
"I tried that earlier but I couldn't do it a second time"
"Man that a shame"
Rayn take a quick glimpse at his watch "dang I need to get home, its passed my curfew"
"You do that I still need to figure something out about myself"
"Sure we'll meet at the same place after work"
Then they both did shake hand then move to different directions. As Max was about to head home, he feels something a distress inside his head. Max head to the forest... there is something I need to tell you "the forest? Why that of all places" Max then ignore the message in his mind and heads back into his house quickly getting himself to bed and doze off into the night.
