~ROBERT'S POV~
A dry chuckle slipped from Thomas's lips, low and mocking, as though he found genuine amusement in my restraint. His eyes dragged over me slowly before he spoke, voice laced with deliberate cruelty.
"You really seem to be strong-headed," he said. "But that bitch you call your Luna…the one who goes around whoring herself…isn't here."
The words landed before I could stop them.
My vision reddened.
It wasn't gradual. It wasn't subtle. One second the world was sharp and clear, the next it was drenched in heat, a violent crimson haze flooding my sight. My pulse roared in my ears, drowning out everything else.
"Who the fuck are you calling a bitch!" I snarled, stepping forward before I even realized my body had moved.
Thomas didn't flinch. If anything, his smile widened, slow and ugly, satisfaction gleaming in his eyes.
"You heard me clearly."
That was it.
Something inside me snapped, not loudly, not wildly, but completely.
