Chapter 1 - The Dawn and the Present

In the primeval void, a singular spark of life ignited the unimaginable miracle.

From that divine light, four goddesses were born—the first four architects of the cosmos.

They were Thanirra (The Molder), Sophryne (The Keeper), Aglaireia (The Destroyer), and Oraclyne (The Seer).

From these four primordial forces came the creation of the many aspects of the universe.

With their grandeur, they breathed life into the cosmos they had shaped.

They held absolute dominion, in the highest heavens and across the mortal planes.

They nurtured existence and maintained its delicate balance.

However, one day… an existential war erupted, threatening to unravel the harmony of all creation.

Together with their host of gods and goddesses, the four fought fiercely against an enemy that sought to shatter the balance.

The battle raged; the sky cracked with the might of the conflict.

Countless divine and mortal lives were lost.

Under Thanirra's unyielding command, the forces of heaven ultimately triumphed.

Balance slowly returned—though it took an age to heal.

Yet Sophryne, shattered by the revelation of the war's true orchestrator, chose to split her very essence into two distinct goddesses: Maria and Minerva.

Three million years later, the Four Primordial Lights—now five—sat upon their jeweled thrones, each attended by loyal archangels, presiding over a heated discussion that consumed the hall of the highest gods.

Thanirra: "Nocthyra, it seems that humans are not so bad after all."

Maria: "Tch… Is this truly a matter worthy of the High Court's concern?"

Minerva: (gently brushing Alya's hair and kissing her neck) "Oh, my dear, of course it is something worth worrying about. Why wouldn't it be? Humans are creatures greedy for dominion. They will tear down anything to obtain it."

Oraclyne: "Minerva speaks the truth. I still shudder at the sight of them sacrificing their own kin just to fulfill their fleeting desires."

Aglaireia: "Is it time to end this universe already, then?"

Thanirra: "As long as nothing has happened that forces the full measure of our destruction, we must first try every possible way to resolve this matter. The cosmos must endure."
