As Kazuki sent his thoughts, the [Cocoon] floated into the air and shifted into the interstitial space between dimensions.
Rias and her companions were being driven into the worst possible situation. While Koneko and Kuroka's defensive barriers held back the attacks of the demons assaulting them with naked desire, Rias racked her brain for a way to break the situation.
Honestly, if they could go all out, she was confident they could fight even if there were a thousand opponents. But with Asia taken hostage, they couldn't use their full strength.
If things continued like this, the future awaiting them was one where Asia would be violated by Diodora, and they themselves would become playthings for the horde of devils.
To prevent that, all they had to do was abandon Asia and fight with everything they had.
Sacrificing Asia alone to save everyone else was the obvious choice for a king. She knew that! And yet, she couldn't make that choice. She couldn't bring herself to abandon Asia.

Diodora mocked Rias for her inability to make a heartless choice. It was frustrating, but he was right. Even though she knew it was the best option, she absolutely could not bring herself to make that choice.

Yumi's shout rang out like a flash of light.

With a sound like something cracking, the defensive barrier shattered.

The impact of the magic bullet's landing sent them all flying.

Three figures leaped out from that object – the 'Cocoon'. One was Irina Shidou, an angel with white wings spread wide.
Another was Raynare, a fallen angel with black wings spread wide.
And the last one was a golden-haired knight clad in a blue combat dress and armor.
Irina and Raynare began slicing through the devils swarming Rias and the others one after another with swords of light. The other knight headed straight for Diodora.
"St-stay back!!"
A magic bullet fired by Diodora struck the knight head-on. Just as Rias thought, 'Why didn't she dodge!?', the next moment, the knight emerged from the blast completely unfazed.
"Wha───!?"
The knight closed in on the astonished Diodora and, despite being empty-handed, swung her arm down as if wielding a sword.
"GYAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH───!!"
Diodora's left wrist, the one holding the switch, went flying through the air. Looking closely, Rias could see the air around the knight's hand warping.
'That's... she's holding a sword, even though it's invisible!?'
"Don't move. Move, and I will cut you."
The knight pointed the invisible sword at Diodora. Diodora glared at the knight with hate-filled eyes while clutching his severed wrist. But the next moment, his body stiffened as if he were a frog stared down by a snake.
Looking around, the devils who had been attacking them had also fallen into a similar state.
Thinking Kazuki might have done something, Rias looked up to see the Cocoon stained crimson, rapidly transforming before her eyes, turning into a giant roughly 3 meters tall.
"Guyver...?"
She didn't know who muttered it, but its form certainly resembled Guyver. The Balance Breaker of Guyver, she had seen only once before, its name was…
"Guyver Gigantic!!"
At the long-awaited appearance of Kazuki Fuwa, Rias let out a cry of joy.
