Ellie Miller and Artor got up early, changed into the standard Sacredragon ceremonial uniforms, and put on the gemstone medals symbolizing their status as Duke and Duchess.
The Duke wore a sea-blue Sacredragon Army dress uniform on his upper body, paired with tight black noble trousers, a red sash slanting across his chest, several gemstone-inlaid decorations hanging over his heart, as well as a rank medal symbolizing his ducal title.
His black hair had been slicked back with oil until not a strand was out of place.
Artor, adjusting his cuffs, sensed her gaze and lifted his eyes, just in time to meet Ellie Miller's hastily withdrawn look.
The Duke, whose face had been expressionless, raised his brows slightly.

Ellie Miller's cheeks flushed faintly.
