Fate's state was extremely bizarre.
The Supreme God could only exist as a pure energy form. So once a god became a Supreme God, that god could no longer descend.
For example, the Platinum Dragon God back then.
When the Platinum Dragon God became a Supreme God, He could only project a wisp of "consciousness" onto the Divine Dragon Statue in the Platinum Palace.
Or like how, after the God of The Radiance became a Supreme God, He never issued another Oracle.
With these two as precedents, "Fate's" current state was very strange.
His lower body had turned into a blinding golden light; just one glance was enough to sting one's eyes to tears. Look a few more times and you might go blind.
Though the lethality of that was pretty high, it still fell far short of the world-collapsing spectacle of a Supreme God's descent.
