Since the start of the match, Mukiwa's gaze never left Aoto.
She watched every move Aoto made, without blinking.
Her facial expressions changed vividly with Aoto's changing predicament.
When Aoto was surrounded, she looked tense.
When Aoto overcame danger, she breathed a sigh of relief.
When Aoto defeated his opponent, she beamed with joy.
The shy Mukiwa only displayed such a rich array of emotions in the presence of Aoto, or in very few other situations... for instance, when her face was covered with a veil or mask.
Upon witnessing Aoto defeat the last opponent standing in front of him, which was Kawashima, Mukiwa, overwhelmed by joy and excitement, instinctively patted her plump thighs with both hands while softly exclaiming, "Great, so great!"
In the past, there was Xin Qiji patting all over the railing, and now there was Mukiwa furiously patting her fleshy legs.
The brisk "pop, pop, pop" of her thigh patting attracted the attention of many onlookers nearby.
