Chapter 17 - Chapter 16: Fight!

"What's going on, who's the fool daring to cause trouble at the Celestial Immortal Pavilion?" Lu Juncheng leaned over the railing, curiously looking down.

The crowd that rushed into the Celestial Immortal Pavilion was over a hundred strong. After blocking the entrance, they immediately took over a large area on the first floor, driving ordinary guests into the corners.

From this crowd emerged a horse-faced Great Han. He was stout, with broad shoulders and thick arms. Coupled with a fierce and domineering demeanor, anyone would instinctively think this man was not someone to be trifled with.

Seeing the Celestial Immortal Pavilion fall silent under his company's intimidation, the horse-faced Great Han bellowed gruffly, "I'll ask just one question, who broke my brothers' arms and legs? Stand out and own up."

Qin Yuesheng heard this and looked over at Du Beilun, "Do you know these people?"

"How could I know them? Just by a glance, you can tell they're without money or influence, I've had no contact with them." Du Beilun shook his head outright.

The whole scene was silent; nobody understood what the horse-faced Great Han was talking about.

"The brothers whose arms and legs were broken, could they be those people we just encountered?" Lu Juncheng asked uncertainly.

"Do we even need to think about it? It's definitely them. Damn, turns out those guys weren't ordinary people at all; they could call such reinforcement at once." Du Beilun frowned, turning to Qin Yuesheng, "Yuesheng, do you think our guards can take them on? These people look so arrogant; I'm reluctant to let it slide."

"Not sure, but you can try. It's just a fight at most," Qin Yuesheng retracted his gaze but focused solely on the super assistant. He had just gained 45 points of All-Purpose Essence, ensuring a minor boost in his strength, naturally unafraid of the fight. It was also a good opportunity to test his true strength.

Encouraged by Qin Yuesheng, Du Beilun's confidence surged and he directly shouted downwards, "Stop asking, it was your grandpa I who had those guys' dog legs broken. What are you unhappy about, damn it?"

The horse-faced Great Han was enraged upon hearing this, immediately spotting Du Beilun's location when he looked up, and seeing it's just a young lad, he instantly shouted, "Damn it, go, catch that kid and break his limbs to avenge my injured brothers."

Qin Yuesheng added 10 points each to strength and agility at once, then 20 points to the Tiger Crane Double Form Fist, which successfully advanced from entry-level to the next stage.

With the enhancement in strength and agility, Qin Yuesheng suddenly felt a surge of fullness of strength within his body, while his body became much more flexible and agile, his comprehension of the Tiger Crane Double Form Fist significantly improved as well.

This was a comprehensive enhancement of his strength.

Just as Qin Yuesheng finished enhancing, those people had already run up the stairs to the second floor. The guards of these young masters' couldn't just watch their enemies rush up to them without making a move, so they rushed to confront them, intending to prevent these people from getting close to their young masters.

For a moment, the second floor was in chaos, with intense fights everywhere. The doors and windows of the nearby rooms were being smashed to pieces, even several railings were broken.

The guards on Qin Yuesheng's side were all chosen from various families' hospital guards. Although not martial arts experts, they were trained in martial arts from a young age, knowing a move or two, certainly not having any problem handling ordinary folks.

Those Great Hans of unknown origin, although individually weaker than these guards, had the advantage of numbers, combined with the fact the second-floor corridor wasn't very spacious, making it hard to fight freely, the guards on Qin Yuesheng's side quickly fell into a disadvantage.

"Young Master!"

"Second Young Master!"

"Third Young Master!"

"Second Young Master!"

Just at this moment, the guards, who had been instructed to wait outside, all rushed in from outside the Celestial Immortal Pavilion.

Seeing so many aggressive people entering the pavilion, they immediately sensed something was wrong, so they came in to check, only to find their masters in a fight with others.

Could they tolerate it?

With the entry of these guards, the chaos inside the Celestial Immortal Pavilion intensified.

"Fight! Beat him! Get him! Hit him on the head! Yeah, that's right! Use force!"

The young masters safely protected at the back were all shouting loudly as if not using any effort.

Everyone shouted until their faces were red and their necks swelled, wishing they could personally step in and throw a few punches at the opponent.

But wishful thinking aside, these guys were still practical at heart; without guards to protect them, fighting someone would be pointless—they'd be pinned to the ground and pounded mercilessly with no way to resist. Thus, they could only stand aside, cheer, offer support, and indulge in a bit of verbal bravado.

Qin Yuesheng stood expressionless next to the railing. Although their guards had surrounded those mysterious individuals with a defensive stance, their numbers were overwhelming.

Tonight, Qin Yuesheng had the most guards with him, but even more, weren't ten men. As for people like Du Beilun and Lu Juncheng, it was needless to say; their combined strength wasn't on the same level.

Even with the Celestial Immortal Pavilion's guards entering to assist, the effect was minimal.

If this continued, defeat was inevitable for their side.

With the remaining 5 points of All-Purpose Essence allocated to agility, Qin Yuesheng rubbed his wrists—it was time for him to make a move.

In an instant, he leaped forward, landing a meter away. This wasn't Lightweight Skill; it was his body's jumping and explosive power, the advantage of increased agility.

A Great Han carrying a stick suddenly appeared near Qin Yuesheng. Seeing a slim young man in front of him, the man was lost in aggression and swung the stick fiercely to crack Qin Yuesheng's skull.

With a slight sidestep, Qin Yuesheng dodged the attack. He used a Tiger Fist with his right hand, striking the man's chest squarely. In the blink of an eye, the Great Han was knocked back, crashing into his companions and rolling to the ground with them.

"It seems ordinary people can no longer withstand my strength," Qin Yuesheng thought to himself, then used a Crane Strike with his left hand, with five fingers converging to a point, striking another man attempting to sneak attack from the left rear.

The Tiger Crane Double Form Fist's Tiger form emphasized forceful fierceness, a punch like a sledgehammer; it could cause surface bruising and internal bleeding or, in severe cases, break bones and injure the inner viscera.

The Crane form emphasized sharp penetration. Once it hit, a blood cavity was inevitable.

Qin Yuesheng drew back his hand to find five fingers already soaked in blood, dripping down.

The man's shoulder, who had tried to sneak attack him, now bore a peach-sized bloody cavity.

Currently, Qin Yuesheng possesses a strength of up to 2.0, far surpassing ordinary people. The Crane form achieving this effect is normal, but the force works both ways; hitting others means you're bound to feel some recoil.

At this moment, Qin Yuesheng's fingers ached heavily, with the bone hardness not matching the Crane form's power.

Seeing the man clutching his shoulder wound and howling, Qin Yuesheng suddenly felt inspired. He grabbed the man's shoulder clothing and tore off a large piece.

On the man's arm, a roaring blue tiger was tattooed.

"Surely a comrade, but what was the origin of this tattoo? Why can't I recall it?" Qin Yuesheng frowned.

"Kill!" A Great Han swung his knife towards Qin Yuesheng, who was just about to dodge when a figure suddenly blocked in front of him, using a saber to counter the man's attack.

It was Cao Zhengchun.

"Young Master, it's dangerous here. You should retreat to the back."

Qin Yuesheng punched away another Great Han approaching him, calmly saying, "No problem."

Seeing the scene getting increasingly chaotic, the horse-faced Great Han observing all from the first-floor couldn't hold back any longer.

"Damn it, can't even handle such a small situation. Forget it, I'll handle it myself."

The attendant nearby quickly whispered, "No, Steward Niu, if you act, many people will die tonight."

"No nonsense, give me a sword." The horse-faced Great Han stretched out his hand and commanded.

Though the attendant hesitated, he obediently handed over a Fine Iron Sword.

With a longsword in hand, the horse-faced Great Han's eyes instantly gleamed, swiftly using steps akin to Cloud Ladder, quickly stepping towards the second floor.

Cold iron blade on the move, no survivors under the sword.

The horse-faced Great Han grabbed the second-floor railing, jumped into the corridor, and swung a sword at a guard facing away from him.

"Ah!" The guard, attacked from behind, instinctively wanted to turn and fight back, but the horse-faced Great Han gave him no chance, stabbing the second sword into his back, intending no mercy.

After defeating five people consecutively, Qin Yuesheng immediately noticed this man who jumped directly from the first floor.

Formidable skill!

"It's you." Qin Yuesheng tore the clothes of the unfortunate fallen comrade, wrapping them into a strip around his right fist, then charged at the horse-faced Great Han.

This man is strong and ought to be my opponent.

Strength 2.0, Agility 2.5, mastery of Tiger Crane Double Form Fist.

The combination of these three factors was enough to elevate Qin Yuesheng's prowess far above ordinary people, and beating ordinary people no longer interested him—they simply couldn't withstand his punches, not even a few rounds.

Practicing martial arts without an opponent is a dull affair.

Having hacks without using them feels even duller.

As Qin Yuesheng approached the horse-faced Great Han, his mouth inexplicably went dry.

The excitement and thrill of fighting completely enveloped his body.

Unconsciously, he unleashed a fierce Tiger Punch.

The speed was unsurpassed, the epitome of Qin Yuesheng's current peak condition.
