It's been only a couple of days since I last came here, and the Cheng Mansion truly feels like it's undergone a transformation as vast as the seas turning into mulberry fields, with drastic changes.
All the original pavilions, gardens, walls, gates, corridors, stone lanterns, and rockeries have been completely dismantled, making the Cheng Mansion now resemble a massive open plaza.
The plaza is piled with a large number of copper cauldrons, bronze lamps, iron ore, and a heap of resource materials, leaving Qin Yuesheng dazzled.
In the northeast corner of the plaza, there's a place that seems to have been arranged. An enormous bronze pill furnace as tall as a person stands there, adorned with sculptures of two dragons playing with a pearl.
