Evelyn rolled her eyes at Cecilia Lynch, though her heart was in a panic.
She definitely didn't want anything deeper to develop with her uncle.
She was timid and cowardly!
"Hey!" Cecilia nudged Evelyn, "Let me see your school forum, maybe we can see your uncle's photo!"
Evelyn, feeling helpless, thought Cecilia's curiosity about her uncle was just too intense. Since she was bored anyway, she handed her phone over.
"Evelyn, your comment's responses exploded!" Cecilia suddenly shouted, "Look, your comment challenging them got you lots of insults! Some say you took advantage and acted innocent, others say you want to have your cake and eat it too! Wow! This one's harsher, claiming you cheat on all your exams!"
"Who's so nasty?" Evelyn frowned, leaning her head towards Cecilia's. "Oh my gosh! Are these people rabid dogs? I just wanted them to stop making a fuss and let things calm down, but now it's even worse?"
