Rio stood in the parking lot of the City Football Academy (CFA), staring at his car.
It was a white Audi A3. A sensible, reliable, German-engineered hatchback. It was the car Leeds United had loaned him when he first broke into the first team.
Next to it sat Jack Grealish's custom Lamborghini Urus (neon blue).
Next to that was Kyle Walker's Ferrari.
And Erling Haaland's Rolls Royce Cullinan (which was terrifyingly massive).
Rio's Audi looked like a toaster sitting next to a fleet of spaceships.
"Mate," a voice drawled from behind him. "You can't be serious."
Rio turned around. Jack Grealish was leaning against his Lambo, wearing Gucci sunglasses despite the complete lack of sun. He was holding a coffee cup that probably cost more than Rio's shoes.
"What?" Rio asked, defensive. "It gets me from A to B."
