Davy Jones was a foolish man to betray me.
His ambition made him a colossal figure in an era of treachery and chaos. For a man who refused to submit to the forces of the 20 monarchs who formed the World Government. He seeked my strength to stand a chance against them and I gladly gave him what he desired in exchange for his love.
The matrimony between man and God was bound to fail. I let my foolish hope for humanity convince me that he was different, but alas he let the power corrupt his soul, no longer was he the man I married, he was a shell of a man– a demon in human flesh and the very people he wanted to be unchained from, stayed his masters.
As a last act of love to my spouse, I buried what was left of his soul deep below my waters, his legacy on the surface world is one of great ambitions and a weaker will to resist temptations.
My love for Jones will never die, but centuries have passed with many wars between Marines and Pirates and in the cycles of humanity, I have borne witness to it all as a widow.

2 months ago.
The battle between Ramos and Kaido stretches into night, the two trade blows across their bodies, blood coating the ground beneath them and echoes of shattering bones filled the space after a successful hit.
Boom
Shock waves rattle the land as Ramos and Kaido continue their slug-fest, the human-dragon hybrid grabs Ramos's face, gripping his skull with the intention to kill.
Ramos clutches Kaido's wrist, applying advanced haki to restrict Kaido's movement.
"Kaido!" Yamato roars out, kanabo in hand with ice coating her weapon, she swings it at her father's head.
Kaido scowls, lifting up Ramos to use him as a human shield against Yamato's attack.
"You are a fool Yamato, such a useless child."
Yamato's eyes widened as her attended attack on Kaido was about to connect to Ramos's body.
Poof
Smoke engulfs Yamato, teleporting her to Kaido's left.
"Huh?" She looked confused.
"Freeze him damn it!" Angelica yells,
"Hanafuda, go kill him." She ordered her undead servant.
"Yes, Mistress." Hanafuda's groggy voice spoke, the living-corpse charges at Kaido, scythe in hand.
Kaido emits a shock wave of conquerors haki that repells Yamato and Hanafuda miles away from him.
"Pathetic." Kaido spits out, applying more pressure to Ramos's head, he feels bone cracking under the force of his grip.
"Mmphh!" Ramos thrashes with desperate need to get out of Kaido's grasp, the pressures in his head and lack of oxygen is sending him closer to his end.
Angelica curses, turning her head towards the presence lightly chuckling.
"Aren't you going to help us?" Angelica growls, frustration evident in her tone.
Tia Dalma leans against a wall, arms crossed as the Voodoo priestess smirks at the Davy clan member.
"I've dealt with your kind before, girl. You tend to make promises you can not keep." The voodoo priestess teases.
"Tsk, this isn't the time for games,Calypso!" Angelica points at Ramos, "Your husband is going to die at any moment."
Calypso saunters over to Angelica, black teeth visible, eyes glowing an azure blue. "You know if he betrays me, I'll drag both of your souls to the depths of the Blue." Calypso warns her.
"If it comes to that then so be it." Angelica wagers her life.
Rumble...rumble...
Kaido's body halts its movement, a cold feeling creeping over his body.
"This...this feeling..." He abruptly drops Ramos.
The Vice-Admiral gasps for air, nose leaking blood as he cradles his own head.
Rumble...rumble...
The tremors continue across Wano, the nearby buildings forming cracks on their external walls.
"Kaido." A deep voice calls.
The Yonko involuntarily turns to face whoever is calling him.
"Who dares–"
He's words died out, eyes widening in fear and for the first time in decades, he felt true fear.
"H-how is this possible?" He stammers, pointing with a trembling hand.
"Calypso." He spoke out the name like a myth.
The Voodoo priestess flashes her charcoal coloured teeth, "The little dragon is still trying to chase the sun huh?" She giggles menacingly, her eyes drifting over to Ramos.
"I can not let you kill my beloved~"
'Beloved?' Kaido ponders.
Tia Dalma raises her sun-kissed hand, sea salt decorating her forearm and a present buildup of dirt under her fingernails.
Kaido didn't move throughout her toying as if his own body obeys another master.
"Why can't I move!?" He barks out.
"Even in mortal form, I carry seastone particles with me~" She cackles loudly.
"You're a demon!" He curses, clenching his teeth as his body weakens to the effects of sea stone.
"It was nice seeing you again Kaido. It's a shame Xebec lost his soul to that demon that hides in the heavens."Calypso scowls.
Snap
Snapping her fingers, her body grows to 60 feet in height (18 metres), towering over Kaido's hybrid form.
The Yonko grits his teeth, shifting his body to take on his dragon form. His snout elongated, hands forming to claws.
Before Kaido could fully transform, Tia Dalma, in her giant form cackles loudly, thousands of rock crabs bursting from her body.
Pinch...pinch...
The army of crustaceans swarm Kaido's body, pinchers digging into his azure scales with ease.
"Aaahhhh!" The Yonko screeches in pain, unable to fight back against the crabs as the accumulation of seastone particles the crustaceans carry weaken his devil fruit abilities, leaving him vulnerable to the ruthless sea life.
"Now!" Angelica orders, charging at the fallen Yonko, sword bursting in flames.
"Tempest blade." Emerald flame projectiles consume the swarm of crabs on Kaido.
Yamato swings her kanabo coated with ice.
"Thousand winters." Yamato's frost attack freezes the area.

Near the Red line, a marine vessel is sailing to the passage leading to the Holy Lands of Mary Geoise.
On said vessel is no other than Portgas D. Ramos, the 4th Admiral of the Marines.
Standing by the ships railings with his marine coat swaying softly with the sea breeze, the kanji of justice felt heavier on his shoulders.
'What seems to be troubling you husband?' Calypso spoke with a sensual undertone.
'Don't call me that." He responded through their telepathic link.
"That's not how you talk to your wife." She pouts internally. "Did you forget who helped you beat the little dragon? I even ignored your relationship with Kouzuki girl." She scoffs.
Ramos rolls his eyes, rubbing at his forehead.
In the last two months he has experienced drastic changes from his height, previously he stood at 191 cm(6'3). Now standing at 198 cm( 6'5). His sun-kissed blonde hair is longer, reaching his nape and gone were his boyish freckles, replaced by sunburn. Burn scars from the Ohara incident an accepted decoration on his hands. Even at the tender age of 26 in a career that favours maturity.
His recent promotion to Admiral has obligations beyond protecting islanders from piracy, he had to answer to his superiors above the Fleet Admiral Sengoku, the ones who rule from the Holy Lands and even they answer to the one who sits on the Empty Throne...
