Chapter 6 - Jealousy in The Air

The neon glow of Neo-Tokyo shimmered like a thousand stars come down to earth. Kaito's senses were overwhelmed—bright signs, the hum of engines, distant chatter, and the faint scent of street food mixed with something more intoxicating. He stood in a narrow alley, eyes scanning the crowd, feeling the weight of the system's message still lingering in his mind.

His heart was pounding—not from exhaustion, but from the anticipation of finding Aria. She had vanished into the city's maze of lights, and though her words echoed in his mind, he knew their journey was far from over.

"Focus," Kaito murmured to himself, gripping the Love Compass tightly. "Find her."

Suddenly, the system's voice crackled in his mind again.

**[Locate target: Aria. Initiate search.]**

A faint red dot appeared on his HUD, pulsing steadily. He pushed off the wall and headed toward the location, weaving through the throngs of pedestrians. It was then that he heard a soft voice, melodic and clear, calling from behind him.

"Lost, are we?"

Kaito turned sharply. Standing before him was a girl—a striking figure with a completely different vibe from Aria. Her hair was long, jet-black, cascading in silky waves that framed her face and fell over her shoulders. Her eyes were a piercing emerald, bright and mischievous, contrasting sharply with her dark hair and pale, porcelain skin.

She wore a tight, sleeveless crimson dress that hugged her slender, yet seductively curved figure. The neckline plunged deep, revealing a generous décolletage that seemed to shimmer under the streetlights. Her hips swayed as she stepped closer, her high heels clicking softly on the pavement.

"Who… are you?" Kaito asked, feeling a strange pull—part curiosity, part instinctive attraction.

She tilted her head, a flirtatious smile curling her lips. "You can call me Luna. I've been watching you… searching for someone, perhaps?"

Kaito blinked, surprised by her confidence, but also drawn to her magnetic presence. She was beautiful—seductive, yet with a vibe completely different from Aria's fierce strength. Luna exuded a playful, mysterious aura, like a cat ready to pounce.

"Um… I'm looking for Aria," Kaito said cautiously. "Have you seen her?"

Luna's smile grew wider, eyes glinting. "Maybe I have, maybe I haven't. Depends on what you're willing to do to find her."

Kaito's cheeks flushed. Her tone was teasing, her body radiating confidence. She was clearly used to control, to teasing, and to wielding her allure like a weapon.

"Why do you want to find her?" Luna asked softly, stepping even closer. Her voice was like silk, wrapping around him. "Is it because… you like her more than me?"

The question hit him unexpectedly. He hesitated, feeling a pang of guilt—because it was true. Aria's fiery passion, her commanding presence, and her raw sensuality had already begun to stir something deep within him. Luna's charm was undeniable, but it couldn't compare to the magnetic force of Aria's energy.

"I… I just want to find her," Kaito managed, trying to focus. "I need to talk to her."

Luna's eyes shimmered with amusement, but beneath her playful facade, something darker flickered—jealousy. She crossed her arms, leaning slightly on one hip.

"Well, I might know where she went," Luna said softly. "But… it'll cost you."

Kaito looked at her, wary. "What do you mean?"

Luna's lips curled into a sly smile. "Let's just say I'm good at finding people. Better than most. But I don't give away my secrets for free."

He felt a flicker of frustration but also understanding. She was clearly playing her own game, testing him.

"Alright," he said cautiously. "What do you want?"

Luna stepped closer, her tone lowering. "A little favor. Something to show you're serious. If you can make me… feel special, I might help you."

Kaito's heart thudded. The way she looked at him—her body close, her scent intoxicating—made resisting difficult. Her dress hugged her curves in all the right places, her toned legs visible beneath the slit running up her thigh, and her emerald eyes sparkled with mischief and desire.

"Fine," he said softly. "What do I have to do?"

Luna's lips parted in a sultry smile. "Just a little dance. Show me you're not just a clueless boy."

He hesitated, then stepped closer. Her body pressed against his as she moved in a slow, rhythmic sway. Her hands traced along his chest, fingertips teasing the fabric of his jacket.

"You see," she whispered, voice husky, "I like confident men. Men who know what they want. And I want to see if you can make me… feel something."

Kaito felt a rush of heat; her body was so close, her curves pressing against him. Her scent—warm, floral, with a hint of spice—made his head spin.

He reached out, gently placing his hands on her waist. She responded by arching her back slightly, her hips moving in a seductive rhythm. Kaito's gaze flickered to her lips, then down to her décolletage, feeling the tension building.

Her hand slid into his hair, pulling his face slightly closer. "Good," she breathed. "Now, tell me… do you want me to help you find Aria, or do you want to stay here and enjoy this moment?"

He swallowed hard, torn between his goal and the magnetic pull she radiated.

"I… I want to find Aria," he whispered, voice trembling.

Luna's emerald eyes shimmered with playful jealousy. "Then prove it. Show me you're serious."

He hesitated only a moment before leaning in, capturing her lips in a tentative kiss. Her lips were soft but insistent, her body responding eagerly beneath his hands. The kiss deepened, fiery and electric, as her body pressed against his, her curves melting into him.

When they finally parted, Luna looked at him with a mixture of affection and possessiveness.

"Good," she said softly. "I'll help you. But don't forget—next time, I might want a little more than just a kiss."

Kaito chuckled nervously, feeling a strange mixture of guilt, desire, and gratitude. Luna's body was tempting, her confidence intoxicating, but his heart was already leaning toward Aria.

She stepped back, her smile mischievous once again. "Follow me, then. I know where she's headed."

As they moved through the neon-lit streets, Kaito couldn't help but feel the sparks of rivalry crackling in the air. Luna's jealousy was obvious—she wanted to be the one to claim his attention entirely. And yet, her seductive charm had already begun to weave its spell into his mind.

The city around them pulsed with energy, desire, and secrets. And Kaito knew that this was only the beginning—not just of new worlds, but of feelings that would challenge him more deeply than ever before.
