I had not been exaggerating when I described our bedroom as resembling a greenhouse. The moment I pushed open the door, I could barely squeeze inside. Flowers dominated every conceivable space.

Elaborate bouquets in crystal vases, potted blooming plants, arrangements scattered across every surface, covering the floor space, absolutely everywhere I looked.

Joseph stood there wearing that insufferably smug expression. Then he had the audacity to whisper those three dangerous words and claim my mouth in a kiss that sent electric currents racing through my entire body. I completely lost awareness that we stood in the center of the pack dining hall during the busiest dinner hour until he finally released me, that self-satisfied look still plastered across his handsome face.

"Should I arrange for some warriors to help relocate them?" he asked casually.
