Construction of the mind world continued!
On the sixth day since Luo Han's return to Ark Island, the skies were clear and the sun shone brightly.
Island Five
The fishmen craftsmen brought by Akatsuki were hard at work building their new home.
Strangely, they didn't start with housing. Instead, they built a theme park—one even more luxurious than Sabaody Archipelago.
On this day, the amusement park was finally completed!
A group of fishmen, including elderly folks and children who had arrived in the past year as family members of the craftsmen, boarded the Ferris wheel they had built themselves.
Clack clack clack... With the sound of turning gears, the Ferris wheel began to spin.
Excited fishmen rushed to the windows of their cabins to enjoy the view, too thrilled to sit still.
Some elderly fishmen teared up, their eyes glistening with the happiness they thought they'd never see.
Suddenly! A few fishman children pointed toward the sky above Ark Island and shrieked.
"Look, Dad! There's a big hole up there!"
Everyone looked in the direction the children pointed.
They saw a giant, pitch-black hole in the sky—about a kilometer in diameter!
"There's another one over there!"
"And one more here!"
As the children shouted, the entire area around Ark Island saw it: five pitch-black holes floating in the airspace above the sea.
At that moment, all of Eternal Night City could see them.
Island Three – designated as the Gourmet Capital and Cole's territory.
Another year had passed, and Cole's ability still hadn't awakened. He had completely turned into a sphere. His head had merged with his body; his mouth and eyes appeared directly on his round form, with only hands and feet poking out.
Even so, seeing the holes in the sky, Cole floated upward to check things out—Luo Han was currently cultivating, and no one was allowed to disturb him.
High above
Near one of the black holes, Cole arrived to find Ellis and Akatsuki already there.
"Cole, your ability still isn't fully awakened?" Ellis couldn't help asking again upon seeing his ultra-round body.
"Uh…" Cole hesitated, attempting to scratch his head—but only managed to wiggle a finger.
"Almost there!" he replied with an awkward laugh.
"What is this thing?" he asked, peering down into the hole. Although dark, he could faintly see the sky beyond it.
"It's a projection," Akatsuki explained. "Like a Den Den Mushi's image."
"Oh." Cole replied and immediately floated back down. As long as it wasn't a threat to Han-ge, he didn't care. Better to go eat a drumstick.
"..."
Ellis and Akatsuki were momentarily speechless, then laughed. "At least he came to look."
The moment they spoke—
BOOM! No, five thunderous booms!
Ellis and Akatsuki instinctively backed off.
RUMBLE! SPLASH! From each kilometer-wide black hole erupted a torrent of blue water, as if five great rivers had broken through a dam.
The surging waters carried fish and sea beasts, splashing onto Ellis and Akatsuki, sending a shiver through them.
Soaked and stunned, they stood frozen.
Moments later—
Ellis looked at Akatsuki with a grumble. "Didn't you say it was just a projection? Why did it feel wet and smell like fish?"
Akatsuki raised her hand. "Look where the splash went."
Confused, Ellis looked down—her clothes were dry.
"Huh?" She realized—there had been no real water. It was just an illusion.
"But…" she asked, "how was that done?"
"Ask Luo Han," Akatsuki replied. "I don't know either."
Then she hesitated. "Probably part of his Devil Fruit awakening."
"Awakening? This kind of ability came with it? Doesn't match..." Ellis frowned.
She knew Luo Han had the Mind Fruit, but her inherited memory held no record of the mermaid princess ever using anything like illusions or projections.
"I've heard that Paramecia-type awakenings affect the environment around the user," Akatsuki said, looking at the floating waterfalls. "Maybe this is what happened when Luo Han's awakening influenced the surroundings."
Others might be unsure—but Akatsuki, who'd helped Luo Han develop his Kyoka suigetsu ability, knew he had powers to deceive the five senses.
In line with Paramecia awakening theory, this fit perfectly.
Luo Han's ability had begun to awaken!

On the seventh day, ten more islands suddenly appeared in Eternal Night City's waters—Sabaody replicas created by Aishi .
Some transport ships mistakenly docked on these new islands—only realizing they were illusions after sailing straight through them.
Most assumed it was Aishi 's doing.
Now that Akatsuki and Ellis had proven themselves, many grew curious about Luo Han's third woman: Aishi .
Little did they know, she still hadn't awakened Armament Haki and remained quite weak.
Day Eight – strange buildings appeared, including a hundred-meter glass tower.
Day Nine – the entire sea ring was blanketed in thunderclouds. Lightning and thunder frightened pirates flying overhead, transported by Ellis's powers.
Day Ten – floating islands and oceans appeared above the city. At night, a talking sun lit up the entire Eternal Night City.
Only then did Ellis and the others finally understand why Luo Han had insisted on calling it Eternal Night City.
There was a deeper meaning.
Day Eleven, at noon, everything disappeared in an instant—leaving residents feeling like they had woken from a dream.

Ark Island
On the Penguin's main deck, Luo Han—who had been lying down—sat upright.
His eyes were still closed. His mind remained deep within the mind world.
At this point, all the waterfalls, floating islands, and projections he had built were gone.
Instead, everything within his spiritual perception—people, creatures, and more—had been projected into his mind world.
Now, even without activating his perception, Luo Han could observe the real world through the mind world's projections.
He felt like a god in his domain—able to know everything with a single thought.
With his ability awakened, he could manipulate the real world by controlling its mirrored projection in the mind world.
For instance—
Luo Han saw the mind-world projections of Ellis and Akatsuki approaching him in real life.
With a thought, he moved their projections to his side.
In the real world, the two felt a flash—and instantly appeared on the Penguin, mid-flight.
Startled, they steadied themselves, then approached Luo Han with suspicion.
"Luo Han, that was you, right?"
Ellis wasn't asking—she knew it was him. No one else could have done it.
Cole and Tucker's powers were limited to personal use. They couldn't teleport others.
Luo Han opened his eyes, stood, and smiled. "Yes, that was me."
"That's your awakened power?" Akatsuki asked, surprised. This wasn't what she'd expected. She thought the illusions and floating islands were his awakened power.
From illusions to spatial teleportation?
Still... just what was Luo Han's fruit, anyway?
She stared hard at him, trying to figure it out.
"Haha!" Luo Han laughed. "That's just one of the abilities."
"Just one?!" the two women exclaimed, staring at him like he'd grown wings.
Was he trying to ascend to heaven?
Ellis was confused now. She wasn't even sure Luo Han had the Mind Fruit.
Her inherited memory from the mermaid princess had nothing like this. That princess could control Sea Kings, sure—but not this.
Back then, everyone thought she could command them because she was their queen—not because of any mind powers.
And yet, Luo Han had a whole arsenal of strange side abilities.
"Hehe."
Luo Han chuckled at their stunned expressions.
"Go prepare some food—I need to test something."
"Test what?" Ellis asked.
Akatsuki also looked curious.
"See how far I can teleport," he replied.
"Oh, right! Try it now!" the two cheered, excited.
"…Why are you so excited?" Luo Han muttered, then entered the mind world.
He focused on his memory of Sister Shao's bar.
Instantly, all the places he had visited on Sabaody Archipelago were projected into his mind world.
Using the same ability as before—
In reality, Luo Han vanished.
In the mind world, his projection appeared over Sister Shao's bar—100 meters in the air.
At the same time
Inside the bar, Sister Shao frowned and stepped outside.
"You're… Luo Han?!" she exclaimed.
There he was, floating midair—now 15 meters tall.
Though larger, his aura and appearance were unmistakable.
Shao asked, "How did you get here? And why are you so big?"
Thud! Luo Han landed before her, smiling. "My Domain Fruit awakened."
Domain Fruit? Shao rolled her eyes.
First it was the Mind Fruit, then Force Field, now Domain?
Do you take me for a fool?
"Hehe."
Luo Han caught her thoughts and smiled politely. "This is one of my abilities—it lets me teleport instantly from Ark Island to Sabaody."
"You're serious?!" Shao was stunned. She'd assumed he had just been nearby—not that he had teleported across the sea.
"Haha!"
Luo Han grinned. "Don't believe me? I'll show you."
"You can bring people too?!" Shao was speechless.
"Wanna visit Ark Island?" he asked.
"No thanks!" she shook her head. "When I'm ready, I'll call you."
Right now, Ark Island was under heavy surveillance from all major powers.
Anyone visiting it would get their life picked apart. No thanks.
She'd wait until things calmed down.
"Oh right!" she suddenly remembered—Aishi had told her Luo Han had been searching for the lantern fish.
Now that he was back…
"Did you find it?!" she asked excitedly.
"I did." Luo Han smiled.
"That's great! So your lifespan problem is fixed—you won't just drop dead one day."
Then she frowned, looking closer. "Is it just me, or do you look… older?"
"Did Pure Gold not work?"
"Uh… well…" Luo Han stammered. Should he admit he lost ten years fulfilling a man's duty?
That wasn't his style.
"Probably overused my powers," he said vaguely. "I've been pushing myself a lot lately."
"Oh, I see." Shao nodded. "Take it easy from now on."
"I will."
Luo Han smiled mysteriously. "Wait a sec."
He entered his mind world and connected to the projection of the Pure Gold on the Penguin.
Shao blinked at his silence—but then a sand-covered ball appeared before her.
What was this? A toy?
She watched quietly.
Then, with a thought, Luo Han formed a ring from the gold and protective liquid inside.
A light-blue ring floated toward her.
"Shao—"
"This is Pure Gold!" she interrupted, recognizing the tiny golden bead inside.
Luo Han blinked. "Yes."
She'd already slipped it on.
"Looks good," she said, smiling. "Thanks, dear little brother Luo Han."
She stared lovingly at the ring.
"…"
Luo Han smiled. "There's one more feature."
"Think of my telekinetic armor, and say: 'Armament Mode.'"
...
Time passed. Shao was still admiring the ring.
"Shao!" Luo Han called.
"Huh? What?" she looked up.
He repeated the instructions.
"Alright, I'll try."
She focused, imagining Luo Han's psychic armor.
Then whispered, "Armament Mode."
Whoosh! Instantly, she floated 12 meters into the air—face to face with Luo Han.
She stared. "This… this is your Devil Fruit power? How…"
"It's the ring," she guessed.
"Exactly!"
Luo Han explained, "After awakening, I can attach this ability to the ring. Anyone wearing it can use telekinetic armor."
"Basically, it's power sharing."
He smiled. "That way, if something happens, you're protected. Especially since the ring holds Pure Gold—it's bound to draw attention someday."
Shao stopped smiling. After a moment, she said sincerely, "Thank you."
"Haha!"
Luo Han laughed. "Everything's done—I'm heading back to Ark Island."
Before she could reply, he vanished.
Shao chuckled.
"What a troublesome little brother… shame I didn't meet him sooner."

Back on the Penguin
Luo Han reappeared.
Ellis and Akatsuki stepped up immediately.
"How far?" they asked eagerly.
"Huh?" Luo Han blinked.
"The teleportation!" they chorused.
"Oh, that?" he grinned. "I just went to Sabaody."
"Whoa!" they gasped. That far meant endless possibilities.
Akatsuki asked, "Can you bring more fishmen at once?"
Ellis chimed in, "I want to go to Sky Island!"
What am I—a delivery service?!
Luo Han rolled his eyes. "It only works with places I've been before."
"Also, teleportation isn't my main ability. It uses a lot of energy. I'm not overworking myself for you."
"And you—what do you want on Sky Island?"
"I want a seed from the Giant Vine," she said.
"We'll go later," Luo Han said. "Now go get Aishi . I'm going to be very hungry tonight."
"What about you?" Akatsuki asked.
"I still have something to do. Go ahead," Luo Han said, sitting down cross-legged once more.
The two women exchanged a glance—then flew off.

Mind World
Luo Han stood atop a vast ocean projection.
With a thought, he summoned every Sea King he'd controlled with Bie Tianshen.
Instantly, all their consciousnesses were pulled into the mind world.
Thousands of Sea Kings appeared around him.
Ignoring their confusion, Luo Han simply told them:
"No need to search for the lantern fish anymore."
Then kicked them out of the mind world.
Now that his powers had awakened, his new abilities were clear.
First — Long-range teleportation via mental projection.
Second — The ability to pull anyone he'd mentally controlled into his mind world for instant communication.
These were the first of many future applications of his mind world.
