Yutou Commission.
Located directly beneath Tenshukaku, facing the Tenryou Commission, the newly built estate exuded a refined, old-fashioned charm. Despite its grand construction under the direction of the Finance Commission, almost none of the Shogunate officials actually knew what the building was for.
For one simple reason—Inazuma had no concept of hot springs.
Unlike Natlan, where volcanic activity naturally created thermal pools, Inazuma had no such terrain. Until one young official of the Finance Commission proposed:
"Why shouldn't Inazuma's people also enjoy the warmth of hot water?"
And thus, the Yutou Commission was born.
The young official responsible was none other than Hiiragi Hirotsugu, future ancestor of the Hiiragi Clan.
Before it could serve the people, of course, it had to serve the greatest being of Inazuma—the Raiden Shogun herself.
Hirotsugu spared no effort: he imported a high-efficiency boiler from Snezhnaya, gathered rare minerals and herbs from various nations, and poured unimaginable resources into crafting the perfect bath.
Today, the onsen prepared for the Narukami Ogosho welcomed its very first guests.
Under the respectful guidance of attendants, a party of individuals who stood at the very peak of Inazuma's hierarchy entered the sacred inner baths.
This grand estate was not exclusive to gods—Shogunate officials would also be allowed to bathe here, though in strictly separated sections.
But there was a complication:
The people of Inazuma did not know the Raiden Shogun was twins.
To avoid unnecessary confusion, Luo Li quietly dismissed the attendants.
"Finally… this is the life."
Luo Li was already waist-deep in the steaming water, wearing nothing but a bath towel. He leaned back against an artificial rock that radiated a faint chill, sighing in contentment.
Makoto, Ei, and Saiguu needed time to change clothes, so Luo Li fully enjoyed his temporary private bath.
Just as he closed his eyes…
A crisp notification chimed in his mind.
[Ding! Sign-in deadline for Year 2,481 has been reached. Would you like to sign in?]
"Oh? It's been a year already."
Without hesitation, Luo Li confirmed his sign-in.
Early on, the annual sign-ins thrilled him.
Now? After more than two thousand years, they barely stirred his emotions.
It was like a married couple performing a long-routine duty—familiar, expected, and lacking novelty.
The system only appeared once a year, then disappeared completely. No build-up, no suspense, no plot twists.
Just ding, take the reward, and move on.
[Confirmed. Sign-in successful!]

"With my current strength, aside from the First and Second Thrones whose true power is unclear, I could practically walk sideways across all of Teyvat."
The Seven Archons? No concern.
The Sustainer and the four Primordial Shadows? Hard to gauge, but with everything at full power, he doubted his life would be in danger.
Still, Teyvat was deep—and the deepest waters hid the darkest truths.
Before transmigrating, he only barely reached the Enkanomiya update. The world was still full of unanswered mysteries.
His thoughts ended abruptly with the sound of soft footsteps.
A sweet fragrance drifted through the courtyard.
And three breathtaking figures stepped into view.
Makoto.
Ei.
Saiguu.
Without the layers of their usual clothing, their natural beauty was almost overwhelming.
Saiguu approached first, slipping gracefully into the water. With a sly smile, she leaned close and murmured:
"Have you waited long… honored guest? Would you like to experience the Hakushin Clan's secret massage arts? They feel wonderful."
Utterly unbothered by mixed bathing with a man, she flaunted her allure with serene confidence.
"You're really playing the servant role, huh?"
Luo Li watched her eager expression. After exactly one second of contemplation, he answered solemnly:
"To be honest, I'm quite skilled at massage myself. In exchange, I can help you all relax later."
Saiguu brightened immediately.
"Oh? How delightful. Makoto, Ei—want to try?"
Luo Li looked toward the twins.
"…I don't mind," Makoto said softly, cheeks tinged pink—partly from the heat, partly from anticipation.
Ei, however, cast a colder glance his way. She was far more reserved. Even if she liked Luo Li, she would never accept something like this so casually.
At least—not in front of others.
Feeling her gaze, Luo Li changed the subject.
"By the way, what name did you choose for this year's ceremonial blade?"
Ei blinked—and instantly looked troubled.
Makoto had begun shifting governmental duties onto her, and naming the Divine Blade was one of those responsibilities.
Seeing her dilemma, Luo Li offered:
"I recall the winning sword was from the Tenmoku lineage, right? How about the elegant name: 'Thin-Veined, Full-Light Tenmoku'?"
He had no shame stealing the future name of the prototype Iwakura heirloom.
After all, with him around, who knew whether Iwakura Douki would even be born?
At present, Chiyo showed no signs of settling down romantically.
Ei's eyes lit up. "Thin-Veined, Full-Light Tenmoku… A fine name. I'll use it."
Makoto nodded approvingly. "If that is your choice, then it is good."
While the twins murmured together, Saiguu's hands glided across Luo Li's shoulders in smooth, confident motions.
"Is the pressure acceptable, honored guest?"
She played the servant role far too well.
No wonder the Hakushin Clan produced so many master impersonators. She was likely the origin of the tradition.
Luo Li let out a content sigh.
"Comfortable… though why does it feel slightly tingly?"
"Oh, don't mind that. Just some loose fox fur."
"…"
So shedding fur is hereditary too?
He didn't notice the small fox in Makoto's arms staring at them with wide golden eyes—
confused, a little embarrassed, and maybe even jealous.
Why is Lady Saiguu so close with that bad man?
