Chapter 45 - Auction house

"You don't have anything but suits?" Ray asked Marian as she joined them in their private room. Like usual, she had worn her same suit with some small changes to her accessories.

"That's rich coming from someone who only wears black shirts." She greeted both of them warmly; Ray sat in the middle with Yelena to her left, talking with someone on her phone.

The hall beneath was crowded with people talking about what they wanted to buy. On the second floor, five VIP rooms were created for special guests, with Ray getting the key to one of them.

Yelena finished her call and asked Marian with a curious tone, "I haven't seen you in any other auction house; what happened this time?"

"I just don't like being among the crowd; if Ray didn't tell me he had the private room, I would have lost this one too." Marian explained with no care that her desire to be alone most of the time was common knowledge.

Ray invited her to sit beside him. "It's good you are here too; the show is about to start in a few minutes."

With elegant movement, she sat on the chair with crossed legs.

Maids in the room felt awkward from both Ray and Marian; usually their duty in the private rooms was accompanied by memory chip usage and signs of sex afterwards, yet Ray had told them to only bring them drinks.

Yelena also looked forward to the event; her squad could enjoy anything useful that they found. With her leather clothes and jacket mixed with her golden hair, compared to Ray and Marian, she stood out.

Another woman joined their small group; with a work uniform and a long skirt, she started to explain the rules to them privately: "I'm Mr. Rafael's personal assistant; you can call me Claire."

After receiving no response from any of them, she continued with stress visible on her face: "Your number will be #1; although you are three people, you will count as one. How much do you want me to charge your card?"

"They have their own cards so no one can rig the whole thing—very clever." Ray's thoughts were on how to get the most benefit, yet with such a system, bluffing was impossible.

First Marian answered, "For me 60 million is enough."

"20 million." Even though Yelena had her own company, her income compared to Marian's was much lower.

"What about you, sir?"

"1 billion."

"Sorry, I think I heard you wrong."

All the maids looked at him with disbelief; that was the first time they had heard of someone dropping that number.

Ray repeated himself: "Don't worry, I have a plan to spend it all tonight."

"Yes..." She gave them a special monitor with their money and their number written on it. "Hope you have a good night..."

Yelena laughed out, "Hope I receive some gifts tonight."

"For sure."

Meanwhile, as he chatted with Yelena, in his mind, Marian already was questioning him.

"You have one minute to explain yourself."

"My craft station needs a big upgrade; the things I want to buy are not that cheap."

Marian rolled her eyes. "Just because you have the money doesn't mean you have to burn it."

"Just trust me, they will probably ban me from their future events."

"Whatever."

After some minutes, Yelena finally found some alcohol to drink, and Ray made a list of items of the things that the other two needed; then the main show started.

A man with a half mask covering his upper face and a long jacket walked to the main stage. Ray focused on his speech when Yelena distracted him by asking Claire behind them, "This place is sex-free, right?"

It was prohibited to have any sexual activity during the auction, but Claire didn't dare to say that: "Ye... Yes."

Yelena moved on her knees in front of Ray, "Just going to clear your head." She winked at Ray as she started to take out his belt.

Marian didn't know how to react; in an instant, Yelena had already taken out his member and was stroking it.

She said with disgust, "Just finish it fast." As much as she wanted to not look, her eyes moved from time to time to Ray's hard member. "It's too big... What the fuck am I thinking about?"

The man continued to explain the rules, but with Yelena's lips locked around his cock, focusing on his speech was impossible.

His hands found their way into her red hair, pushing his member into her warm mouth. "I'm going to go a little rough on you." Holding her head with both hands, he started to fuck her mouth like Marian didn't sit next to him.

Marian stared into the lewd act that unraveled less than a meter away from her; the sound of her face being fucked and the enjoyment in her eyes fired a long-lost lust in her body.

"How long has it been since I was horny... How many minutes has it been?" Her thoughts ran wild about what would happen next if they were not in the middle of an auction.

"We will start with the first item..."

Yelena felt that Ray was close; she pulled her head back, with the tip of his cock only in her mouth, and her hands stroked him faster.

Soon, her mouth was filled with Ray's warm seed; rope after rope, his cock released anything it had in her mouth.

Marin could see the veins on his hard member moving with each load coming out of it.

"Sorry for that; she's like that many times." Ray wore his pants and belt once more, as Yelena swallowed it all and returned to her seat.

Marian's face was as indifferent as ever. "Never do that in front of me again." Even though her body burned like fire, her face showed no sign.

"Ok." Ray saw her stare many times; some progress had been made.

"The first price is 5 million."

"7"

"8"

"9"

Ray didn't even know what the item was, but he said a number too: "10."

"10.5"

Someone else said 11.

"They surely know it's me; let's see who falls for it first." His thoughts caused him to laugh internally. "15."

Instantly someone said 16.

Everybody expected Ray to raise his money, yet he stayed silent.

"This dragon egg is sold for 16 million to number #58."

"Your plan is very filthy." Marian's voice seemed like a whisper.

"The second item is a bird that can detect magic. The starting price is 1 million."

Ray said instantly, "2."

Its worth was way less than 2 million, but someone said, "Damn you, I wanted one for my grandchild. 2.1"

Again, Ray kept his silence.

"It's sold for 2.1 million to #32."

"They made the attempt to stop the bluffing with their cards, yet having lots of money is no different from bluffing." With his 200 years of experience, this auction house was going to become his playground.
