Chapter 32 - Chapter 4: The Restoration

Lyra guided them through the ritual to restore the Crystal of Unity. Hana held the Orb of Equilibrium high, channeling the hope and light of all Eldoria. Kenji stood beside her, linking hands with Aerion and the other team members, representing the unity between all races.

As the ritual began, the dark crystal began to glow, cracks slowly sealing as light flowed into it from the orb and from the gathered warriors. The chamber filled with warmth, and the ancient symbols on the walls blazed to life.

When the ritual reached its peak, Hana and Kenji felt a surge of power—and then a gentle release. The connection they had to their royal titles, to their positions of authority, flowed from them into the crystal, becoming part of the balance it now held.

The Crystal of Unity shone with brilliant light, and a wave of energy spread out from the ruins, washing over all of Eldoria. Where it passed, crops grew stronger, wounds healed faster, and the bonds between people grew deeper.

When the light faded, Lyra smiled—a warm, genuine expression that transformed her ancient face. "The balance is restored," she said. "But it will not maintain itself. You must teach your people to honor balance, to work together, to remember that no one race is superior to another."

Hana nodded. "We will," she said. "But how will Eldoria be led now?"

Lyra gestured to the crystal. "The crystal will guide you," she said. "It will choose leaders from all races, based on their wisdom, their compassion, and their commitment to balance. No longer will leadership be passed through bloodlines—it will be earned through service."

Hana and Kenji felt no sadness at losing their titles. Instead, they felt a sense of freedom, of purpose renewed. They had spent years fighting for a better world—now they could help build it as equals among their people.
