Avain's pov...
My name is avian, Am a orphan. I lost my parents even before I came to life ,my auntie used to tell me that until they all passed away due to the drought that happened in the village years back .
Ever since then I learnt to struggle on my own,In a small town village filled with Old walls.
The walls of the village was cracked.
The village was dry and most of the villagers moved to the nearest town because of drought. Just like what happened years back,Then survivng became hard for me,So I had to work day and night,Even sometimes work extra, until there was no job for me anymore. Most of my employers left the village.
At a time I couldn't bear it any more feeding became hard.
Giving up was not my thing but I had to.
So One Faithful Day .I left the village,on my way to the nearest village .
I had no food to eat, I was tired and weak so I had to beg for food across the road. Then I met a stranger which change my life for good.
He took me to his house for safety, he fed me and gave me a room to sleep.
That Night I slept in room,The next morning,I woke up , And I saw him,beside me.
He asked me did you sleep well.
And I nodded with a smile.Thank you stranger I said to myself , I was totally grateful ,it has been long I had a good sleep. I was grateful to the universe He came to me and the first question he asked me can you keep a secret,I nodded.
He took me to a room,The room looked old and stuffy.
Then he showed me a book," what is this" I asked him .
"This is a spell book"he said.
"Spell book are you into magic??"
" yes child and is this your book?? ,But it is no longer mine now"He said.
"Why??"I asked.
" Because you are about to be a warrior "He said confidently.
" A warrior " I chuckled.
"Just like that ,you don't even know who I am" I said with arrogance.
"I knew you, that Why I let you in "He said.
" know me??,from where??" I asked with amazement.
" Take This!!" He said while holding a necklace.
"What's that" I asked.
"Wear it and you will recall all your childhood memories, including your parents too " He said.
"My.... parents...??,how ...did u know...." I stammered.
" Just take it " he said.
Then I took it from him instantly, I was dying to put in on,To know what my parents looks like,Immediately I put it on the necklace
I began to feel drowsy, my vision went bluff.
I couldn't see properly ,
" Help me..help me" I cried then I fainted.....
