Chapter 71 - The Kael's Redemption.

Chapter—The Kael's Redemption.

The first collision between Auron and the corrupted Kael sent a shockwave that shattered windows for three blocks. Kael moved with a speed that defied physics, his body blurring into a trail of black smoke. He struck at Auron with claws of shadow, each swipe carrying enough force to level a building.

Auron didn't strike back. He moved with the grace of a dancer, parrying the dark blows with the palms of his hands. Each time their auras touched, a hiss of steam erupted, as if light was literally burning the darkness away.

"Why won't you fight me?!" Kael screamed, his voice cracking. "Use your flames! Use your meteors! Show me the power that makes everyone worship you!"

"I won't use the tools of destruction on a friend who is lost," Auron replied, his voice calm even amidst the chaos.

Auron realized that Kael's new power was fueled by his own internal pain. The more Kael hated himself, the stronger the dark aura became. To win this, Auron couldn't just use brute force; he had to find the "core" of the corruption.

He began to use a specialized version of Aura Sphere. Instead of pushing energy out, he created a shield around his own body, drawing Kael's dark mist power toward him.

"What are you doing?" Kael gasped, feeling his power being tugged away.

"I'm taking your burden," Auron said.

The dark energy began to swirl around Auron's shield, trying to find a way in. It was painful—even for an Auramaster. The negativity was a poison, whispering doubts into Auron's mind, showing him visions of failure and loneliness. But Auron's resolve was a fortress.

Meanwhile, at the Guild Headquarters, Marin burst through the doors, screaming for Kaizen. The guards tried to stop her from entering his office, but she blasted past them with a desperate strength.

"KAIZEN! AURON SENT ME!"

Kaizen appeared at his chair, doing his work. "What is it, Marin? Auron called me?"

"Kael... a student... he's turned into something else. Auron is holding him back at the Plaza, but he says it's a corruption of the soul. He needs to know how to heal him!"

Kaizen's face went pale. He whispered a word that Marin didn't recognize: "The Devil's control." He turned to his assistants. "What should I do now? We have to move now. If that darkness matures, we can lose Kael forever."

Back at the Plaza, Auron was now covered in the black mist, his silver light barely visible beneath the shroud of Kael's hate. Kael stood over him, trembling, his hands raised to deliver a final, crushing blow.

"I am the strongest now!" Kael cried, though tears of black ink ran down his face. "I am finally the one on top!"

Auron reached out and grabbed Kael's wrist. The silver light flared with a sudden, blinding intensity, surging from his palm and into Kael's heart.

"You were never on the bottom, Kael," Auron whispered. "You were just blinded by the climb."

The light and darkness collided in a final, massive pillar of energy that shot high into the stratosphere, lighting up the night sky like a second sun.

After the intense clash at the plaza, Auron stood a short distance away as Kael fell to the ground. Breathing a sigh of relief, Auron muttered that the battle should finally be over. However, the peace was short-lived. Auron suddenly felt a massive drain on his own aura, a sensation quickly echoed by Auru's warning.

Kael rose again, more dangerously transformed than before, his body radiating a corrupted aura as he screamed his intent to become the supreme being over all.

"This is not going well," Auron whispered, his brow furrowed in concern.

Just then, Kaizen arrived at the scene. Seeing the wreckage and Kael's monstrous form, he noted that he hadn't expected this much chaos. Auron immediately created an aura shield to block Kael's advances and turned to the Kaizen.

"Kaizen, do you have a remedy to make him normal again?" Auron asked urgently. "I cannot attack a person like this. He is a human, not a devil, and I can not hurt him."

Kaizen hesitated. The words of the High Council lingered in his mind: Avoid any interaction with the devil. Auron pushed him again, his shield flickering under the weight of Kael's dark energy.

"Speak quickly! I can't hold this shield much longer!"

But Kaizen remained silent, paralyzed by his loyalty to his higher orders. Suddenly, the shield shattered. Auron was forced back into the fray, engaging Kael in a frantic battle. As they fought, Kael chanted about his supremacy while Auron countered that no one was supreme and that everyone was equal.

Deep down, Auron knew he could defeat Kael physically, but he feared the consequences. *If I defeat him like a monster, will he vanish like a devil?* he wondered. *I have to stop him, but Kaizen is hiding the answer.*

In the midst of the struggle, Evelyn arrived at the plaza in disguise. Stunned by the violence, she watched as Auron struggled to contain the boy.

"Evelyn! Do you know how to stop him without harm?" Auron shouted.

Evelyn started to speak, but Kaizen placed a hand on her shoulder and shook his head, signaling her to remain silent per the Council's decree. Auron's anger flared.

"What is wrong with you two? You aren't like this! You know something—tell me!"

As Kael went wild, a faint voice suddenly echoed in Auron's mind: *Save me.* It was the essence of Kael's heart. He was still in there, fighting for control. Auron forced a stronger shield into existence for a brief moment of dialogue.

"Evelyn, if you know anything, tell me. Do you really want to see him in this much pain?"

Looking at Kael's agony and Kaizen's stoic silence, Evelyn finally made her choice. She stood bravely and shouted, "Auron, you're right. Our worry should be the present, not the future. There is a form called Aura Purity used to cleanse a person."

She explained that he had to calm his mind, connect his aura to Kael's, and visualize the person he wanted Kael to become. Auron attempted the technique immediately but failed as Kael launched a barrage of dark aura spheres. Each time Auron tried to concentrate, he was forced to dodge, breaking his focus.

"I have to stop him physically first," Auron realized. He fired his own spheres, hitting Kael but seeing little effect. Then, he noticed Kael beginning to hit himself—Marin exclaimed,"What Kael is doing ",his internal resistance was failing. Kael started preparing a massive, self-destructive aura sphere pointed at his own chest.

Auron rushed forward, throwing his arms around Kael in a tight embrace. As Kael began to drain Auron's energy, causing him immense pain, Auron whispered, "Kael, you can do this. You aren't alone. We are here for you."

Kael body was still absorbing Auron

Aura continously but

He visualized the Kael everyone knew—the boy before the corruption. This intense focus activated the Aura Purity. The pain in Auron's body began to fade, replaced by a white flash and green bubbles of purity rising from Kael's body. The dark energy dissipated with a quiet boom, leaving Kael standing there, normal once again.

Marin watched with tears in her eyes. "Auron you succeeded... he's normal."

Kael opened his eyes slowly, the blackness was gone. He looked at all specially on Auron and said "I am sorry for all of this," he whispered softly. "Thank you, Auramaster Auron. I was out of control. A devil—"

"We will talk later," Auron interrupted gently. "Having you back is what matters."

Kael then looked toward Marin. "Can you call Luke,Please Marin? I want to talk to him. He came to my home and I was a fool I never talk to him."

At that moment, the Luke illusion entered the plaza. "I've seen everything, Kael. I've been here from the beginning." Auron was briefly surprised by his illusion's initiative as he command him to went home but realized it was behaving exactly as he would.

"I'm sorry I hurt you that day," the Luke illusion said. "If I hadn't accepted that challenge, none of this would have happened."

Kael replied with soft guilt, "No, you were right. I was foolish to think power was everything. Can you forgive me? Can we be friends?"

"You were my friend from the beginning," Luke replied. Kael, moved to tears, thanked him once more.

Auron was amazed at the effectiveness of the Aura Purity; it had not only removed the devil's influence but also purged Kael's inner negativity, leaving him calm and mature.

"Kael, take some rest," Auron said. "I will meet you tomorrow. I need to look and take care into the devil that did this."

With that, Auron vanished into the dark sky. Hovering mid-air with his companions, he reflected on the day. "As Auron I saved him, and as Luke I tied a knot of friendship. My illusion is perfect."He whispered to Auru and Koru.

Koru, finally relaxing, demanded a treat for his hard work during the battle. Auron smiled. "You were serious during the fight, but now you just want food?

Koru replied "Fight is over ,it's time for chill for me."

Auron replied ," Fine, let's go home. You and the illusion both deserve a treat."

The long day finally ended in peace for everyone.
