The wine had loosened Ethan more than he realized.
His cheeks were flushed, his smile unrestrained, and his eyes kept wandering over Gabriel's chest like it was some forbidden treasure left out in the open.
"Stop looking at me like that," Gabriel murmured with a half-smile, tilting his glass.
Ethan leaned in closer, fingertips brushing over the hard lines of Gabriel's arm. "Not my fault you're standing here shirtless with wine. You set this up."
"I didn't—" Gabriel started, but Ethan cut him off with a sudden kiss, soft at first, then deepening, his hand sliding boldly across Gabriel's torso.
Gabriel groaned against his mouth, warning, "Hey…" but his resolve crumbled the moment Ethan pulled him in tighter, laughing breathlessly between kisses.
"See? You can't blame me," Ethan whispered, lips trailing down his jaw, his hand wandering without hesitation.
