My throat tightened as Lyanna's words hit their mark. She was absolutely right about everything.
"Think about it logically," she pressed on, her eyes gleaming with certainty. "Why else would Michael invite you on this getaway with his closest friend? Men like him don't do anything without reason. And the way you two look at each other..." She shook her head knowingly. "You're definitely sleeping together."
Heat flooded my cheeks as I buried my face in my palms. "Lyanna, you're impossible."
"I prefer brutally honest," she laughed, clearly enjoying my embarrassment. "But seriously, if my suspicions are correct about you and Michael, then you have my complete blessing."
