Chapter 3: The Death of a Friend and a Family Member:
Magnificus:
"Sorry for the interruption ladies, but have you seen Abraham?"
Paulina:
"Yes, he is in his gravity room, when he isn't in his bedroom but hasn't left his bedroom, then it means he's in his gravity room training,"
Magnificus:
"Thank you very much, it is urgent that all of us go to the North Pole, this is why I personally came, even The Angel of Death is waiting before he picks up a certain someone."
Abraham:
"What is going on? allow me to teleport everyone from this society that I care about"
Narrator:
Due to the strong pain that Abraham felt, he teleported everyone he cared about in the human society to his living room in a matter of seconds, after seeing that every one of his relatives as well as his human friends were ok, he explained why he teleported them without notice, while at the same time accidentally revealing to them one of his powers, after that he asked them if they wanted to return to where they were before, and after seeing that they did, he teleported them back.
Abraham:
"Sorry about that, but I had to make sure my friends and family were ok, after this I know that my pain is about someone at the North Pole."
Magnificus:
"I'm not going to ask how but you are correct, let's get going we don't have time to waste."
Narrator:
Abraham used his powers to teleport his bodyguards, Magnificus and himself to the North Pole. A few seconds after arriving at the North Pole they saw the Angel of Death waiting for them.
Angel of Death:
"You arrived barely on time, for the moment, don't worry too much about Antonio Magnus, I am here to take 8 males tonight, their time has arrived, however, Antonio Magnus only has 38 hours left before I take him into the afterlife with me, try to spend as much time with him as you can, Saint Nick's last surviving son just appeared on my list, as one of the people scheduled for tomorrow morning."
Narrator:
After hearing this, everyone was shocked, but Abraham wasn't surprised due to his pain, to him Antonio Magnus was like an Uncle, a mentor, one of his professors to be exact, so he teleported to the hospital room where Antonio Magnus was, Saint Nick there as well, Saint Nick was more like an actual Grandfather than his only living Grandfather,
Abraham:
"Uncle Antonio how are you? what happened? Grandpa Nick what happened?"
Antonio Magnus:
"Son, the virus finally caught up to me, please take care of all the female elves, I've been informed that currently I'm the last male elf alive and I don't have much time, promise me you will take care of them and protect them."
Aurora:
"Dad, my brother is about to die, he is in a hospital in the city where he lives,"
Saint Nick:
"No, not another son, please no, tell me your joking Aurora,"
Angel of Death:
"Sadly, she isn't, I'm afraid to inform you that she is correct and tomorrow morning according to my list, I'm supposed to pick him up."
Narrator:
Saint Nick and Aurora opened a portal to Roberto's hospital room, after speaking to a priest, Roberto informed Saint Nick about his discovery, which had been the cause of his heart attack,
Roberto (A 3 meters tall muscular old man in a black business suit):
"Sorry dad, I apologize for all my wrongdoings, especially to you, however, what I discovered and caused to become like this, was due to all the suffering the woman I loved 180 years ago, but after yesterday's discovery I changed my will and left everything to my great-grandson who is the grandson of the daughter I never knew I had, and he has a son, my great-great-grandson is none other than Abraham Creed, and according to what I've discovered he is quite a genius and he has your powers, as well as your creativity, as well as his destiny to become your replacement as Santa Claus, I was completely shocked after those discoveries, I wish I would have known sooner about all of this and just to be with the only daughter I had, I would have changed completely, even to be with that family, jajajajajajaja, it took all of this to be back to being my old self and regain my powers, jajajajajajajaja, who would've thought, thank you dad, and farewell, please take care of him."
Narrator:
Saint Nick was extremely shocked to see his son like this, he was devastated to see his son die right in front of him, and completely taken by surprise that his own son had discovered that he had a daughter who had descendants of her own, especially to find out that Abraham Creed was a descendant of his and destined to become the next Santa Claus,
Saint Nick:
"Just as Roberto said it took him all those discoveries to return to his happy old self and recover all of his abilities he had lost and as his first and final gift towards Abraham after his discovery was this, and to see Roberto laughing in his last moments of life, Aurora I feel extremely sad about losing your brother, but I feel happy for your brother's discovery, maybe the time has finally arrived to mentor him more often personally and to let someone else handle most of my work throughout the year before passing on the legacy on to him."
Narrator:
Through all that pain a bit of joy in the end, for the first time in a very long time in his life, just as it had happened to his son Roberto, Saint Nick felt the magic surging through him without having to channel his magic powers, and his creativity was re-unleashed transforming the entire hospital room into something else, a few seconds later the Angel Of Death arrived, but became completely mesmerized at what he was witnessing he was left speechless, Aurora didn't understand what had happened to her brother and to her father, that each one of them caused a part of the hospital to transform completely, both of them had a massive magical outburst, even in the middle of this Saint Nick had transformed in front of everyone into Santa Claus, the entire hospital had Transformed into a Luxurious mansion with Christmas decorations and medical equipment instead of a classic and traditional hospital, however, when Saint Nick also experienced a magical outburst, more decorations, Christmas and toys for every patient and relatives of patients within the hospital, all the doctors and nurses were taken by surprised to see that the father of one of the patients who had died was none other than the real Santa Claus, also shocked to discover that Santa Claus himself was real, and that the man who had shown up in dark robes was none other than the Angel Of Death in the flesh. Meanwhile at the North Pole, Magnificus was standing next to Abraham, both of them were feeling sad, Magnificus could imagine how was his Friend Saint Nick feeling with everything that was happening, Abraham couldn't help himself crying, he couldn't help feeling extremely sad for two reasons, one of them because Antonio Magnus who was like an uncle to Abraham was hospitalized on the verge of death, and also for an unexplainable reason which he couldn't understand. Abraham's bodyguards were there accompanying Abraham and Father Time, but compared to both of them they didn't feel as sad as those who were close to Antonio Magnus. Saint Nick arrived back at the North Pole after preparing a coffin for his son,
Saint Nick:
"Please prepare everything to bury my son, I also have to see if a family friend is still alive, I just lost my son a few hours sooner than I was informed he was going to die, and also I know that a friend of my is dying as well, please prepare everything to bury my friend Antonio Magnus as well."
Head Forensic scientist:
"Very well Sir, I will see that everything is ready to bury both of them as soon as possible."
Saint Nick:
"Thank you,"
Narrator:
Immediately after Thanking the North Pole's head Forensic Scientist, Saint Nick opened a portal to the hospital in which Antonio Magnus was located in, when he arrived at the hospital room he saw his daughter coming out of the elevator through the room's door,
Saint Nick:
"How is Antonio feeling?"
Magnificus:
"I can't say anything because it doesn't seem like he's going to get better, and how are you feeling Nicholas?"
Saint Nick:
"Sad about my son's death, but happy about his recent discovery, he died happy being his old self at the end, he wasn't the same man he had turned into, after the magnificent and sad discovery he made, he changed back to his old self, not only that but he discovered that My future replacement as Santa Claus is his great-great-grandson, in other words Abraham Creed is my great-great-great-grandson through Roberto's only daughter. Roberto went to meet him from afar when he found out, he changed his will in order to make up for all those moments he missed in his daughter's life because he never knew she had existed, the woman he loved never told him they had a daughter together, it wasn't until a few days ago he found out, based on what he saw in Abraham, Roberto said in his last words that Abraham reminded him of me way too much, which caused him to laugh, I told Aurora shortly after that it seems it wasn't a coincidence for Abraham to be my Successor, it was something that was meant to be, after these events are over I will no longer continue with my duties here in the North Pole, I will assign others to do those jobs, the only thing I will continue to do until Abraham is old enough to take over, are the Christmas gift deliveries every year."
Aurora:
"Yes my father has decided to personally train Abraham as the New Santa Claus, he will slowly free up his schedule in order to train Abraham, and Godfather, don't think that I don't know about your secret, you turned that little girl into your replacement the moment you saved her, you told her father about her new fate through a letter, you saved her in order to make a Christmas Miracle, you made quite a trade there, so you still haven't trained her at all."
Magnificus:
"Actually, I have given her some training and taken her to my castle for her to practice, Tania Maria can control time at will and open up portals at will, she can partially control her magic, though I admit I haven't given her enough training in order for her to take over, but at least she can defend herself in many areas. She's now destined to become Mother Time, however, when that moment arrives my part of the deal shall be completed, and I shall die."
Narrator:
Antonio had woken up again, however, after hearing everything he heard, it became too many emotions for him to handle to the point that he died from the shock. The Angel of Death arrived taken by surprise at the last-minute death.
Abraham:
"No!!, Uncle Please wake up!!!, Uncle!!!"
Angel of Death:
"Sorry kid, I have to take him with me, it's his turn to go, farewell kid."
Narrator:
Everyone in the room began to cry about the death of Antonio Magnus, the next morning, everyone who knew Antonio went to pay their respects, for the next few hours many continued to pay their respects, by the next day both Roberto and Antonio were getting buried in the North Pole's cemetery. Mr. Creed wanted his son to take time off from school, even Mrs. Creed felt that it was necessary for Abraham to go to therapy. A few days later the Lawyer of Roberto Alfredo Quanticum Maximus contacted the Creed family.
