Chapter 31 - Volume 32 (Chapter 32)

My Girlfriend Is Stronger Than the Demon Lord – Volume 32 (Chapter 32)

The calm after the last battle didn't last long. Even as Aria and I strolled through the lava gardens, I could feel her tension beneath the calm exterior.

"Eren," she said softly, holding my hand, "our last opponent was clever… but the next one… will test every limit I have."

I frowned. "Limit? You've already faced armies, Shadow Clans, and dark magic users. What could possibly push you further?"

Aria's pink cheeks deepened. "Someone who can bypass my control. Someone who doesn't fear me… and who challenges not just my power, but my judgment."

Before we could discuss further, Gorvath rushed in, flustered as usual.

"My Lady! Reports indicate multiple incursions along the northern and western borders! This enemy… they ignore magic barriers, defy manipulation, and strike with coordinated precision!"

Aria's eyes narrowed. "Eren… this isn't about overwhelming force—it's about skill, adaptability, and cunning. Are you ready to face it with me?"

I swallowed hard. "Always. Chaos or calm, I'm by your side."

By nightfall, the enemy revealed themselves: elite warriors cloaked in shifting shadows, wielding magic that resisted Aria's usual restraints. Their leader, a towering figure with eyes like molten obsidian, stepped forward.

"Battle Goddess Aria," the leader said, voice echoing like thunder, "your power is legendary. But your control… can be broken."

Aria gripped her staff, aura flaring with brilliant light. "Eren… watch carefully. Strength isn't just about stopping attacks—it's about understanding your enemy, protecting what matters, and staying true to yourself."

The battle erupted. Spells collided, the ground trembled, and shadows twisted wildly. This time, Aria's usual tactics of restraint and control were partially ineffective—forcing her to adapt quickly.

I whispered, awestruck, "She's… improvising… on the fly?"

Aria glanced at me, a small smile on her face. "Eren… every fight, every challenge, is easier when you're here. Focus isn't just for me—it's for us."

Step by step, she neutralized the enemy's advantages, combining brilliance, strategy, and her unyielding heart. Slowly, the leader knelt, acknowledging defeat without further bloodshed.

I held her hand tightly. "You… you're incredible."

She leaned on me, aura glowing softly. "Because, Eren… chaos doesn't matter when we face it together."

Once more, the demon realm was safe—not just through power, but through Aria's unmatched intelligence, strategy, and heart, with me by her side.
