Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: Amano Yuuma

5:33 PM. Tomoya walked home excitedly with his little backpack.

The club he had spent an entire year applying for was suddenly approved today!

That meant his dream could finally begin!

"Great. Tomorrow I'll start recruiting members."

Tomoya had always dreamed of making games, though he'd never openly shown it.

Now, this tiny club would become the starting point for creating the world's best galgame!

Then, step by step, he would become an industry-leading master!

"Aki-kun~"

Just as Tomoya was lost in his own daydreams, a cloyingly sweet voice sounded behind him.

Turning around, he saw a pure and cute long-haired girl running over to his side.

"Am-Am-Am-Amano Yuuma-san."

Tomoya stammered, only now remembering this matter.

This girl, named Amano Yuuma, had said she would come find him after school.

Ahhhhh! My brain is shaking!

"Aki-kun~"

Seeing Tomoya in a daze, Amano called again in that soft, fluffy voice.

"I'm here!"

Instinctively, Tomoya responded loudly.

What he didn't notice was the disdain in the eyes of this girl named Yuuma.

"Did you find the token I gave you yesterday, Aki-kun?"

Suppressing the discomfort in her heart, Yuuma asked with a smile.

Tch, such a hassle.

Seeing Tomoua looking a bit flustered, Yuuma felt a trace of annoyance.

If it weren't for that item, she wouldn't bother dealing with this idiot at all.

Originally, she had planned to snatch the item from him this morning, but for various reasons, she had given up.

"I really didn't find it, and I don't even know what that token is."

Looking at the expectant Yuuma, Tomoya felt completely numb.

What the heck is going on?

And for some reason, Tomoya felt an urge to run away.

As if this girl were extremely dangerous.

Impossible.

With a self-mocking smile, Tomoya shook the thought from his mind.

Although Yuuma seemed strange, she was still just a girl.

And looking closer, Yuuma's pure appearance with a hint of maturity perfectly fit his ideal heroine type.

"Um, Yuuma…"

After thinking for two seconds, Tomoya cautiously spoke.

Since he wanted her to be the heroine, it was time to try and get closer.

Calling her by name was a good start.

"Really didn't find it? Think again."

Yuuma interrupted without hesitation, staring intently at Tomoya.

"Well… I…"

A drop of cold sweat slid down his forehead.

This time, Tomoya was certain: Yuuma was very dangerous.

She could put his life in danger.

Wait? Why am I thinking this?

Before Tomoya could figure it out, a familiar voice sounded nearby.

"Of course not."

Rojin, appearing out of nowhere, toyed with a bracelet.

"It's with me."

"Rojin?"

"It's you!"

Tomoya and Yuuma both exclaimed.

One in confusion, the other in a mix of resentment and fear.

At this moment, Yuuma didn't bother hiding her facial expression.

Her resentment was written clearly on her face.

This bastard!

Gritting her teeth at Rojin, Yuuma felt the not fully healed wounds on her body throb.

"What's going on here?"

Tomoya felt his mind was in a complete mess.

These two seemed to know each other?

But their relationship looked terrible?

And why did this scene feel so familiar?

"Give me that bracelet! Or I'll kill this guy."

A delicate hand reached around Tomoya's neck. This should have been a romantic gesture.

But the force coming from this hand made it almost impossible for Tomoya to breathe.

"Yuu…ma…"

Turning his head with difficulty, Tomoya saw a stranger.

If Yuuma was the innocent girl, the person behind him was a seductive older woman.

Her hair flowed freely, her figure provocative.

Her face had shed all youthful innocence, full of mature allure.

Though marked by some scars, they didn't diminish her aura.

If anything, it added a wild charm.

And her outfit—well… Tomoya could swear there was less fabric than his undershirt.

And this was with long gloves covering her arms.

Suddenly, a pair of black wings unfolded behind her.

A fallen angel?

The thought flashed through Tomoya's mind.

The wings flapped, and Tomoya was lifted into the air.

Because of the grip on his neck, he looked somewhat ridiculous.

"No way."

Rojin casually slipped the bracelet into his pocket, completely unfazed.

As if Tomoya didn't matter at all.

Well, maybe he didn't.

Of course, Rojin had his reasons.

He raised his right hand and lightly waved.

The next second, the arm holding Tomoya explode from the elbow.

'NICE!'

A sniper in the shadows gave himself a thumbs up.

The strange pupil in the scope made one look twice.

"Ahhh!"

Tomoya screamed as he plummeted.

Fortunately, the fallen angel didn't fly high. Though the fall was rough, Tomoya survived.

"Damn it."

Covering her arm, Raynare looked very displeased.

It's time to go.

If she didn't leave now, she wouldn't get away.

"Not yet."

Clack.

A hand suddenly grabbed Raynare's ankle.

Looking down, Rojin smiled kindly.

"Time to come down!"

With immense force, Raynare felt the world spin.

When she regained her senses, she was lying on the ground.

"That princess said she wants your feathers."

"It'd be a problem if you ran away."

Rojin drew a belt from behind and fastened it around his waist, lightly resting his hand on the handle.

Too bad he forgot the eggs.

Muttering to himself, Rojin twisted the handle.

"AMAZON."

The next second, a scorching wave erupted.

After the heat subsided, a red warrior appeared before them.
