Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: Hinata: Naruto's Eyes Are So Beautiful

Under the influence of those Konoha residents who still harbored resentment in their hearts, their children also stayed away from him and isolated him.

"Wow, so handsome!"

At this moment, Naruto heard a burst of cheering coming from the class. He looked up and saw Uchiha Sasuke walking into the classroom with a cool expression.

Dressed in clean, handsome, and concise clothes imprinted with the Uchiha clan crest, Sasuke walked into the classroom with his hands in his pockets, wearing a look of indifference.

Coupled with that excellent, handsome face inherited from the Uchiha clan, the girls in the classroom involuntarily erupted in cheers.

No way, Naruto thought. At the boring entrance ceremony, he was clearly a guy who wanted his brother to come more than anything, and who would show a shy expression when praised by the Ninja Academy teachers and his brother.

Why is it that after entering the classroom, he automatically learned to put his hands in his pockets and act cool with an impatient look?

Is this a talent of the Uchiha clan? Is this an innate ability of the Uchiha?

"What a show-off!"

"Yeah, really too much of a show-off!"

Naruto complained in a low voice, obtaining the approval of Kiba, who had painted oil markings on his face and sat at the adjacent table.

Naruto was stunned and looked towards Kiba.

Oh, that's right. Because he chose the seat by the window in the last row after entering the classroom, the person closest to him now became Kiba, not Hinata.

On Kiba's other side, Hinata looked shyly and curiously toward the window.

With that one glance, she happened to see Naruto's eyes as he was looking around.

The introverted Hinata immediately lowered her head, becoming even more shy.

So beautiful!

Such beautiful eyes, such beautiful pupils.

In that instant, Naruto's pure, azure blue pupils left an indelible and profound impression on her.

Those beautiful eyes and that incomparably clean gaze remained deeply in Hinata's memory.

Naruto didn't know that because he had been holed up at home, Hinata, who had no interactions with him in childhood, would see him this way.

He looked around the room.

In front of Hinata and Kiba were Shikamaru and Choji. In front of them were Sakura and Ino. In front of Ino, sitting coolly, was Sasuke, along with the silent Shino.

Whatever, they are just a bunch of little brats.

The teachers attending the class were also quite boring.

Although they were patient and experienced.

However, the final graduation exam of the Ninja Academy only required the Three Basic Techniques (Sanshin no Jutsu). This indicated a problem: one could not learn powerful Ninjutsu in the Ninja Academy.

The six years in the Ninja Academy were more about laying a foundation for the students and cultivating the children's Will of Fire, giving them a happy childhood.

Children raised this way would have much higher recognition of and loyalty to the village.

Although he felt a bit bored, Naruto earnestly listened to the basic explanations about ninjas and Chakra given by these Ninja Academy teachers.

This was also currently the only channel through which he could obtain relevant intelligence, aside from his own groping.

"Big Fox, Big Fox!"

After listening to the lesson on Chakra, Naruto completely lost interest in the other classes, such as the various history and culture lessons. He adjusted his posture, opened his eyes, and began to sleep.

Kiba, at the side, watched the entire process of Naruto falling asleep and even heard the slight sound of snoring.

He was astonished, unable to figure out how Naruto could manage to sleep with his eyes open.

Beside him, Hinata also began to secretly look at Naruto. She felt Naruto's eyes were very pretty, unlike what others said about him being a monster because of his eyes.

It was just strange. A student was sleeping, yet none of these Ninja Academy teachers, who were at least Chunin, seemed to notice.

Not only did their homeroom teacher, Iruka-sensei, not wake Naruto up or criticize him, but the other teachers also treated Naruto as if he were nothing, as if he didn't exist in their eyes at all.

In that moment, Hinata felt that Naruto was very lonely, facing something even more painful than what she faced.

When those teachers occasionally looked at Naruto, their gazes would also carry a hint of obscure hatred and prejudice.

The surrounding children had also long been warned by their parents to keep a respectful distance from Naruto.

Seeing him sitting alone in the corner of the last row of the classroom by the window, after half a day, Hinata felt that the place where Naruto sat seemed to have become an isolated world.

No, it seems like looking at him... he doesn't care.

The sleeping Naruto, after teasing the Nine-Tails again, soon woke up.

In front, Sakura and Ino couldn't stop looking constantly at Sasuke ahead of them.

The current Uchiha Sasuke had not experienced that terrible upheaval, had not experienced that dark night. He was just a child yearning to prove himself to his father and brother.

A child who, surrounded by so many girls, would feel it was natural but would also be somewhat shy.

"Alright, everyone, let's go to the playground now!"

In the Ninja Academy, not only were there various academic courses, but there was also physical training, running laps, training in the use of ninja tools like shuriken and kunai, and students were even allowed to use certain Taijutsu and Ninjutsu for sparring.

Generally, under the supervision of Chunin teachers, serious casualties would not occur.

With a greeting from the teacher, the students, who could hardly wait, went to the playground in high spirits.

At the same time, in the center of Konoha, inside the Hokage Building, the Third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen, was smoking, looking worriedly at Shimura Danzo in front of him.

"Hiruzen, how many times have I told you? The Nine-Tails Jinchūriki should be handed over to me, handed over to Root for custody! We must ensure that the Nine-Tails Jinchūriki is completely controlled in our hands! Look at what the Nine-Tails Jinchūriki has encountered over these years. Can you be certain that after knowing his background, the Nine-Tails Jinchūriki won't harbor resentment toward the village?"

Sarutobi Hiruzen's head was shrouded in a cloud of smoke, making it impossible to see his expression clearly.

"Danzo, I am watching over Naruto. Nothing will happen. Don't forget why the Fourth and the others sacrificed themselves!"

"It is precisely because of this that the Nine-Tails Jinchūriki should be supervised by Root. This way, I can ensure that no problems arise with the Nine-Tails Jinchūriki and that he will be loyal to Konoha forever! Only then can we be worthy of the Fourth's sacrifice!"

Facing Shimura Danzo's high-sounding attempt to seize control of the Nine-Tails Jinchūriki, Sarutobi Hiruzen knocked his pipe against the table. Impatiently, he spoke in an unquestionable tone.

"Enough, Danzo. I am the Hokage!"

In Shimura Danzo's eyes, a ball of fire was exploding.

"Hiruzen, you will regret this!"
