Chapter 62 - Chapter 62: This player is utterly inhuman and extremely cruel; I have blocked them.

The woman narrowed her eyes, revealing a fierce glint in them. "You're really arrogant, aren't you? You actually want to wipe out the entire instance?"

"I hadn't planned on going back after a short while." Yin Xiu slowly raised the knife in his hand, staring at the woman's figure. "Thanks to you, I've had that rare urge to wipe out an entire dungeon."

Yin Xiu's sinister smile sent shivers down the spines of not only women, but also the strange creatures of the town.

"What he said is all true!! Why did you provoke him in the first place!"

"Heaven and earth can bear witness, he's really become much gentler than when he first came to the town. He won't come out to attack us in the middle of the night anymore. He's so kind."

"Waaah... It's like this, it's been a long time since he pointed a knife at me."

"Thinking about it now, I actually feel a little nostalgic."

"No reminiscing allowed!! You all want to die, don't you?!"

"Shh, stop talking, Lady Ye is angry."

The woman remained silent in the white mist. After a moment of thought, she hesitated and said, "Is it because of that strange little girl?"

Yin Xiu remained silent, but his silence was the answer in itself.

The woman scoffed, "Why? She was clearly a monster too. I was just using her to kill the mayor. So what if she's dead? What's there to make you angry?"

Yin Xiu's eyes flashed with anger.

"You tricked Ya Ya into touching the altar, forcing her to break the town's rules."

"yes."

"Because they broke the rules, their family became a thorn in the side of the townspeople, and your grandmother and mother became your sacrifices to quell the townspeople's anger."

"That's right."

"You used me to trick Ya Ya into confronting the mayor, which led to her death."

"So what?"

Yin Xiu stared at the woman who remained indifferent, and slowly exhaled a heavy breath. "Forget it, I don't want to say anything more to you."

He raised the knife in his hand and pointed it at the woman. "Just remember, you hate the townspeople, but you are no different from them. You pushed Ya Ya's family to their deaths for your own purposes, and the townspeople used to treat you and your family the same way."

"You are just like them."

Anger flashed in the woman's eyes. "How could I be like them! They are a bunch of cold-blooded people! If they hadn't ignored my death, I wouldn't be like this now!"

"When I was pregnant, I cried and begged for help in my hotel room, but the staff heard me and ignored me! When I was wrongly accused of killing those people in the square, the townspeople all knew, but no one chose to help me! That damned man! He's just like everyone else in town, cold and heartless. They all deserve to die! They all deserve to die!"

The woman roared furiously, her eyes growing increasingly ferocious. She stared intently at Yin Xiu, exhaling black, foul breath. "You're the same! You're a cold-blooded person too! You deserve to die!"

Enraged, the woman charged toward Yin Xiu, her massive form bursting forth from the white mist.

Her eyes were filled with resentment, and she refused to acknowledge Yin Xiu's words.

She hated those people, and even though their bodies were mangled and broken, they were like wandering ghosts in the town, filled with long-standing resentment. She slaughtered them day after day to quell her anger, and even though her body had long since decayed, she was still obsessed with them.

But those who gaze long enough into the abyss become the abyss itself.

"Rest in peace," Yin Xiu murmured softly, then closed his eyes.

He took two steps back, gripping the knife, and in the instant the enormous shadow loomed over him, he spun the knife and slashed fiercely at the enemy.

The killing intent and decisiveness happened in an instant. After Yin Xiu closed his eyes, the blade suddenly transformed from a sharp edge into a twisted black tentacle, which slammed down on the woman and tore her body apart.

Before the woman could even scream, she was split in two and fell to the ground with a terrified expression.

The twisted tentacles instantly transformed back into ordinary blades, and then Yin Xiu opened his eyes.

"Holy crap? What just happened? The screen went black the moment Yin Xiu made his move?"

"I don't know, anyway, as soon as I recovered, I saw that the woman was already dead."

"He's done it in seconds again... What dungeon boss can stop Yin Xiu now? He truly deserves to be called the man who has cleared all dungeons..."

In the scene, Yin Xiu stands alone in the square, surrounded by deathly silence and desolation.

Under a dark, oppressive sky, corpses littered the town, and silence reigned between the houses.

His figure, stained crimson, stood out starkly against the backdrop of piled-up corpses of townspeople, the mayor, and women. Apart from Yin Xiu, no one in the instance was alive at this moment, a stark contrast to the first day of the instance's existence.

"It's time to go back..." Yin Xiu muttered lazily, slowly turned around, wiped the blade with the hem of his clothes, and started walking towards the town entrance, stepping over the many corpses.

The entire instance was wiped out, leaving nothing but him as the sole survivor, leaving the chat in astonishment.

"This is the first time I've seen someone clear a dungeon and kill all the monsters before leaving..."

"It's unique...no one else has this possibility."

"He doesn't act rashly, but when he does, he kills everything in his path. I advise you to be on your own when you encounter Yin Xiu's strange creatures in the future."

"The thought that Yin Xiu lives in our town is even more terrifying."

"What are you afraid of? Just avoid his door. If you see him, just walk around him."

"That's so undignified..."

"Dignity or life?"

"That would still be fatal..."

"Fortunately, the town has rules against killing ghosts, so at most he just hacked us half to death, not as ferocious as the ones in the dungeon."

"Is this something to be thankful for?..."

Players who watched the entire dungeon were now quite excited. They saw the monsters in the chat sighing and being slaughtered. Usually, they were threatened by the monsters when they got through dungeons. This was the first time they had seen someone kill their way through a dungeon. They felt incredibly satisfied after watching it.

Even though the instance is now over, they are unwilling to switch to other players' instances.

However, the scene did not immediately go dark as Yin Xiu walked out of the instance. The door that was originally in the white mist disappeared for some reason. Yin Xiu walked for a while but did not see it. Instead, as he walked, a man dressed as a jailer reached out and stopped Yin Xiu.

"Huh? Who is this person? I've never seen them before."

"Right, shouldn't you exit directly after a normal dungeon run?"

"Holy crap? An unexpected development?"

The players in the town quickly pulled out their notebooks.

The jailer who appeared from the white mist first looked Yin Xiu, who was covered in blood, up and down with a look of disgust, then shook his head and said coldly, "Put out your hand."

Yin Xiu: ?

But he still coldly extended his hand.

Then the jailer stamped Yin Xiu's hand and solemnly lectured him: "Player Yin Xiu, due to violating the special rules of the dungeon and killing too many people, the next dungeon will be a special prison dungeon for high-risk players, which will open in three days."

As he spoke, he sighed and pulled out a monitor from his pocket, then began to search through it. "These players nowadays are really something else. They get a few items and start killing monsters. If you trigger a special dungeon, you're out of luck. I'll teach you a lesson… Let me take a look at your criminal record."

As soon as he flipped to Yin Xiu's name, he began to read it aloud, "Player, Yin Xiu, the extremely dangerous player reported by numerous monsters..."

The jailer paused slightly at this point, his expression tightening slightly, before slowly continuing, "During the dungeon runs, countless monsters were slain... Currently recorded... SSS-rank dungeon Deep Sea Academy, cleared after slaughtering all monsters... SS-rank dungeon Abyss Swamp, cleared after slaughtering all monsters..."

"S-rank dungeons slaughtered all monsters...A-rank dungeons slaughtered...uh...B-rank dungeons also...slaughtered..."

"Kill all C-rank dungeons..."

By the time the jailer finished reading the second half, his mouth was dry and he was covered in cold sweat. He felt that Yin Xiu's gaze was cold and terrifying.

"The last recorded act of atrocity was six years ago. He disappeared after single-handedly finishing off a dungeon. In every dungeon he cleared, he... always left after killing everyone..."

"This player is extremely vicious, inhuman, and dangerous. They have been blacklisted by all dungeon bosses and will not be accepted again. If this player is found entering a dungeon again, they will be immediately expelled..."

After reading it aloud, the jailer glanced at the seal on the back of Yin Xiu's hand with teary eyes, then slapped himself hard.

Damn it, once this thing is on, you can't take it off!
