The three Gold Executioners raised their hammers. The air hissed with blue electricity.
"Target: The Bug," the robots said.
Cain stood his ground. He held the yellow sponge over his head. It was heavy. It was dripping with the power of the Water Goddess.
"Hey, robots," Cain said. "Do you know what happens when you drop a toaster in a bathtub?"
Cain squeezed the sponge with both hands.
SQUISH.
It wasn't a drip. It was a flood.
A massive wave of blue water exploded out of the sponge. It filled the hangar floor in seconds. The water was deep, reaching Cain's waist.
The Gold Executioners tried to swing their hammers.
ZAP! BZZZZT!
The moment the electric hammers touched the water, the hangar went crazy. Blue sparks flew everywhere. The electricity traveled through the water, hitting the robots' own metal legs.
"Error! Error!" the robots screamed. Their gold armor began to smoke. Their red eyes flickered.
The water acted like a bridge for the power. The robots were being cooked by their own energy.
"What are you doing?!" the Administrator's hologram shouted. His image began to shake and break apart. "You are destroying the ship's circuitry! Stop this madness!"
"I'm just cleaning," Cain said.
Cain moved through the water. He was unaffected because he had no mana and no metal parts. He was just meat and bone.
He reached the first Executioner. The robot was shaking, unable to move its arms.
Cain grabbed the robot's gold head.
"Thanks for the gold," Cain said.
CRACK.
He ripped the head off. He didn't throw it away. He put it in his Inventory.
He did the same to the second and third robots. He dismantled them like he was taking apart a toy.
[Items Acquired: 3x Golden CPU, 3x Electric Hammers.]
The water began to drain through the floor, but the damage was done. Half the hangar was on fire. The lights were dim.
The Administrator's hologram was almost gone.
"You... you primitive beast," the Administrator hissed. "You think this wins the war? My Mothership has a million more soldiers. You are trapped in the belly of the whale."
"Then I'll just give the whale a stomach ache," Cain said.
He looked at a large metal door at the back of the hangar. It was labeled: CORE ACCESS.
"Isolde!" Cain shouted.
Isolde flew into the hangar on Snack's back. They were dry because they had stayed high in the air.
"The ship is shaking!" Isolde yelled. "What did you do?"
"I broke the kitchen," Cain said, pointing to the Core door. "Now we go to the engine room. I want to see what happens when I put a diamond in a blender."
Cain walked toward the door. He didn't wait for it to open. He raised his fist.
"Princess, keep the bird close," Cain said. "It's about to get very loud."
